Very accessible hotel”
Booked the room on a discounted price, which i find very worthit. Staff are friendly, check in and check out was easy, bed is very comfy. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out as we had to go somewhere before flying out. Some things to note tho: bring your own toiletries. They do have shampoo and soap, but there are no toothbrush and toothpaste. Slippers need to be requested for a cost on the front desk.

Great Location, Clean and New, Friendly Staff”
I love how clean and fresh the room, great location as well. Internet is also fast, I get to work during my 2 nights stay without getting interrupted. Nice and friendly staff also. The only thing that is missing is the kettle and complimentary coffee in the room. Also, only 2 pillows provided ( not good of you are like me that is used to sleep with many pillows). Overall we had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

Good Location”
We got some comments to point eventhough we rated this hotel as 4. 1. Rooms may not that new but well maintained if they keep their cleaning standards,. 2. Staff maybe busy at times that when we call dial "0", took us time to wait or need to call other times. But if they will take our call then they eventually act on our requests. 3. Good location, in front is the Robinson's Mall. 4. You need to order food in advance as kitchen takes time to prepare if there are many orders being requested simultaneously. 5. Staff are well mannered and courteous.

L MERIDIAN SUITES ”
The location of the hotel means you will need transport, of some kind ,wherever you wish to go. I found very little to do in the surrounding area, bfast is always boiled rice. On a much brighter note,I praise the front of house staff on reception ,always smiling and willing to listen and help,if only their salary reflected their worth.

Stay was ok. Price is actually a little expensive than other similar hotels I’ve stayed around the world. The others actually offer more. Staff was kind. Don’t expect bathrobes or foot towels. An extra towel will cost you as well. No free toothbrush or toothpaste. Bring your own. Free soap and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast is a choice of silogs.

Overall I liked my stay in Meridian Suites for 2 nights. Staffs were accomodating and I just loved how cozy the deluxe room is. I only had 2 problems during my stay. The water stays on the sink and you get wet when using the sink. On the second day, their bidet got broken, the nozzle head went off from the spray because of rust. I think you should replace your bidet already as it's too difficult to use the spray the water doesn't shut off. And last! Please provide pale and tabo because the shower is not enough. But overall I would still recommend the hotel, their breakfast was just okay not bad and the security guard was too accomodating and courteous. Thank you!

Bad Service”
Super bad service, this is my second time to experience this from them, at first i thought staffs were just tired because I checked in late, but this time, I dont k ow where to find a good reason for them to be more polite, accommodating. They dont even know how to greet guests, guards dont even helped to open the door, made us wait for almost an hour without explanation, and the rest of the staffs were just talking and laughing in-front of us, such a rude gesture for a hospitality industry.
