The hotel is super clean and the staff is friendly, especially Ny, the receptionist. She is professional, courteous, and dedicated in what she does. Besides, the buffet is delicious. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The first room we were in was small but we changed to a family room and it was very large and comfortable. The beds are good. Good hot water. Wifi a little weak. The hotel itself could use some TLC, replacing blinds etc. The breakfast was amazing, more like a buffet. Several Vietnamese dishes every day, salads, eggs cooked for you, good variety of fruit. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. It has a lift but like most small hotels in Vietnam has access quite steep access steps to the reception with no handrail. Breakfast was fine if you like rice and noodles but that is the staple diet here. You could also make toast. Each room has a kettle and fridge. Rooms cleaned every day when requested

Breakfast was very basis, sometimes after 8am there was little choice left. And during my 2 weeks stay I never saw a knife to butter the toast! Room could do with painting but overall was comfortable. Reception some spoke fair English, others very little but I was able to rent a motorbike through the desk. Value and location was very good

The partial sea view room is really small compared to cheaper room. Toilet wash basin too small for practical usage. Bath towel is not clean.

Location is ok, not too bad. But cleanness is terrible especially in place where they serve their free breakfast (buffet like style). Food taste good but not when you started to see a lot of small cockroaches going through the food, the water in the back. Inside tissue box, you can see faeces of cockroaches . You can see what i said if you go in the early morning like 6.30am when they just started to serve the guest for the day. Next day, apparently they did not have enough food to serve the customer when there is still 30 minutes left before they closed the cafe. Coffee machine broken for 2 consecutive days. Inside the hotel room itself, you can see some furniture is about to broken such as the sink tap, wooden platform hanging on wall and etc. However there is good thing, wifi speed is really fast and taxi ride come in just a second after the receptionist request one for me

Room very smelly, like long time no people stay in. Wifi only available in lobby, no line at all in the room. Location no good, far from city centre.

Small room with smallest wash basin I ever seen”
The more expensive partial seaview room has really small room and toilet. Almost no space to walk. The wash basin is so small which is not practical to use. Bath towel is dirty with stain.
