Facility is small but clean and secured. Staff are courteous and reliable. Five out of five!”
Only setback is that there is no food facility available. But with the small accommodation (they are expanding, though), that is not an issue. Food establishments are just 5 minute drive or less. Shower is best, with hot water. Best airconditioning. Definitely, we'll recommend La Casa Ramirez! Thank you.

A Nice Place to stay”
If you vant an affordable yet classy place to stay, all you need is to book at Casa Ramirez. Very comfortable ng stay namin dun. Although may konting needs improvement like yung sa cover ng toilet seat ay sira, nagbabaha sa labas ng cr.. The owner and the staff (Sir Paul) are very nice and accomodating.. sobrang natuwa kami kay sir Paul kasi ang bait at ang galang nya makipagusap. I would highly recommend La Casa Ramirez.

Thank you for your kind review Princess. We are sorry for what happened. I can't understand why the seat cover is already destroyed. The toilet bowl was pretty new when you stayed there. With regards to the "nagbabahang labas ng CR", I think the drainage was clogged and that's the reason why the water will not flow down the drain. We could use a pump that also acts as a suction to remove the obstruction. Thank you very much for still recommending La Casa Ramirez despite your unfavourable experiences.

Room was very clean and staff (Kuya Bong and Ate Marife) were very nice. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and was kind enough to ask if we wanted a better room. Overall, we had an excellent stay in La Casa Ramirez and will definitely come back during our next visit!

The House is very nice, propper and big. All Furnitures very new, its clean and high Standard! Also the Pool is new and clean, 100% recommend for this Accomodation in Casa Ramirez!!!

supper recommended this hotel, with car park sa harap and sa likod, with key lock door access, super safe, tahimik, no problem sa food, may 24hrs na grocery sa baba and may samgyupsal din sa baba unli din sya, and supper friedly ang mga staff, lahat sila mababait... malaki ang room and supper lines...

The front desk doesn't have a list of the guests for that day so we had a slight delay during check-in. They have to verify it with the owner first before we were allowed to check-in. The staff said in Ilocano while talking with the boss, that I did not call before hand, but I don't think I needed to call because Agoda already confirmed my booking. Anyway, the hotel was super nice. It was modern and clean. It also has a convenience store downstairs which is a big plus.

Blot in our trip in the north, very disappointing stay in this facility, not worth your while”
Our stay in this facility was the only disappointment in our trip in the north. We reserved for 2 rooms (of 4 person each) as we are 7 adults in the group but to our disappointment, when we got to this facility we were told that they only have 1 room for us (max 4 capacity) and given us all sort of reasons from overbooking to non-checking out of other guests. The staff offered to give us extra bed and since it was late in the night and too late to look for other place to stay, we agreed even if some us us slept almost at the bathroom entrance. The night stay was full of brown outs. What was so disappointing was when we checked out the following morning, we were charged with almost the same rate for two rooms (according to the staff, it was "as per instruction by Agoda"). I just decided to pay just get out of the facility and get away from the negativity brought by this facility. If you can find another hotel in the area, I suggest to avoid this one. Not worth your while.

we have booked the family room but due to over booking they have transfered us to two studio type with a shared bathroom, it was a nightmare sharing the bathroom with other guests i didnt sign up for that walls are too thin so you could here people waiting outside the door, it could have been better

Was not able to stay, the place was overbooked even if i booked and paid a week ago”
I contacted them on the day we were checking in and the owner said that they didn't confirm Agoda's reservation. They said they will just transfer us to their partner inn since they were fully booked. Saw the partner inn but the room rate was less than half of what i paid and there were too many people drinking outside. I was with my husband and baby and didn't feel safe. We had to request for refund and look for another place to stay.

This incident happened during Holy Week when there were too many bookings. That was the time also that we were just starting our partnership with Agoda. What we knew then was, if we do not acknowledge the booking, the said booking will not be confirmed and it will not push through. Since there were a lot of bookings during that time, the guests who arrive earlier were the ones who got accommodated. We are really very sorry that this happened to Eunice. Six months have passed and we have become more knowledgeable. We have improved our services. Since then, we exerted all efforts that such happening will never be repeated. We assure our future guests that they will be assured of a place to stay when they booked with Agoda.
