The hotel was very accommodating, and made you feel very welcome from the moment you walked through the door. Showing me to my room was no issue, I was offered a taxi to be booked for my departure, The bar and staff again very welcoming and introduced me to some of the locals. The breakfast I had was a kipper very delicious and not often seen on a menu in the UK. Plenty of tea. I already plan to stay there for my next visit to the isle of guernsey. Many thanks, Leonard

The staff are v friendly and helpful., one drove us to the ferry when no taxis were available. The rooms are a good size and the hotel provide good breakfasts and evening meals. The restaurant and bar attracts locals too. The pool is big enough for a good swim but it's kept covered so you have to ask for it to be uncovered. But they do so straight away. It's a 10 min walk downhill from a lovely quiet area . The walk back is steep but a 31 bus can be used but not in the evenings.

We were very pleased with our stay here, the area and the hotel were mostly quiet, the room was a good size and well furnished and the food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast options were maybe a little limited in choice. Friendly staff
