Adjustments...”
We were supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but then we had island hopping the day before with another resort, and the thought of staying there for 2 more nights is a little too long knowing that Siargao our last spot which is a 3 and a half hours ship ride from Surigao City, and Surigao City which is 4 hours drive from Surigao Del Norte takes a lot of our time for travelling alone and we'd rather stay there longer than what was planned. So we personally asked for a transfer of stays, instead of Nov. 1-3 we transferred it on 1-2 only, and the only available room I suppose, was worth the total of 2 nights that we've already paid through agoda. Which is good to know that it's transferrable. But I don't know if I'll feel good about it that they gave us I don't even know what was it called which is twice the worth of what I booked only with a broken TV.. Though not focusing all my reviews about the TV, the resort actually is beautiful, the food is okay just not a lot of choices and they have a mini mart. They also have a view deck facing the Britania Islands and a swimming area too. It's just not a beach thing as it's surrounded by mangroves. All in all it was a fine stay. :) We had fun.

It is okay, depends on what you are looking for”
Okay, I checked out early without a refund and went somewhere else. With that said. The rooms are okay. Not great by any means. The food and dinning area is the nicest thing about this place for that I would give them an A. The room not so great. Also you have to take a boat if you want to go to the beach. That was the deal breaker for me. Each time you want to go to the beach it will cost you time and money. However, I will say it was a nice beach.

nearest hotel to britannia group of islands”
i didn't expect much from the hotel even if it's rated as a 3-star hotel, and i'm glad i didn't. main purpose for going to the area was to explore the britannia group of islands, and la entrada is the perfect jump-off point. the room has basic and working amenities, i just hope that the hotel management would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room.

Accommodating Staff”
Due to the cancellation of flights because of the APEC conference in Manila, we had to reschedule our stay and the hotel was able to accommodate our request at the last minute. Staff who handled our request was quite nice and gave assurance that our request will be accommodated. The room/loft was good for 3 people and it was spacious enough for us. However, the bathroom needs improvement since most of the furnishings looked very used. Our room was facing the mangrove, which was a night sight in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant (we had no choice), and while the food was ok, it was quite expensive.

One night is enough to stay..”
It was a nice place to stay though the facilities were not properly maintained. The CR was clean,yet small and no hot shower installed. There's no wifi and TV in the room so if u would stay for more than one night, you will get bored. The food tasted good.They have a good cook though. We would like to personally thank the owner for being so nice. They drove us off to the crossing where we can wait for the van going to Butuan. Try considering this resort if you're planning to go to Britania. :)

Good Location!”
The location is just only opposite to the Britania group of islands. Got the boat booked a night before and was available the following morning and was on time as mentioned. There is a rotation brownouts during one of the night we stayed. They should have prepared since it is not a surprise and must have at least generator to support.

Breakfast was so uninteresting. You don't even have a choice of what to have for breakfast. Room was big and spacious, but the bed is also disappointing. Well, you get what you paid for. Some staff are not accommodating and kind of rude. My room was warm, the A/C didn't do any cooling at all. I guess they should use a bigger A/C for a big room.

The menu was very small....and they ran out of food items many times. Does not comply to foreigner foods. The place was extremely run down. The positive was the staff....very nice and accommodating. But all in all not worth going back a second time.

Pleasant and relaxing”
A very short stay but it was relaxing enough. Rooms are big. Heater in the shower is a big plus. No beachfront but the built walkway to the beach was great.

The food selection for foreigners is poor, a lot of items are not available . It’s hard to get what you like compared to other parts of the Philippines , I have been to many places over the years and would not recommend it to travelers from abroad !

Disgusted and resentful in booking La Entrada”
1.The room they called Deluxe was filthy, hazardous, too expensive and un sanitized, coaches are flying all over the place 2.The services is very poor, you are left unattended on the table for at least good 20minutes before somebody will serve 3. Almost everything in their menu list are not available for you to order, apart from the things they wanted to serve 4. Conversation from the kitchen is overwhelmingly heard by the customers that foods are left uncovered in the kitchen having flies to festive with it before it is served to the customers.
