it is my second time staying in lhgh and it drove me to patronize your hotel. i don't have second thoughts in choosing lhgh even if its a bit in distance from the villareal stadium but it doesn't hamper my mind to stay in la hacienda. the staff were friendly & very attentive to all my needs. thank you guys for keeping me together with my friends. good luck. i will recommend lhgh to anyone i know who will go to roxas city. good job. just a small request, please plant more ornamental plants and take care of the garden it will add more beauty to your hotel.

A great hotel situated right next to Gaisano mall”
me and my mom liked this hotel because its a 5-minute drive from the airport and just right next to the mall where we eat daily and buys pastries and other stuff as "pasalubong". the staff are hospitable and warm, they always bring our breakfast in our room, which is nice. breakfast is just the usual rice/egg/ham set which i dont mind, though i wish we were given bread instead. the hotel may be lacking minor features and tools, nonetheless, for the price, its totally a steal and i would surely go back again. thank you for the hospitality and service. next year again, maybe.

When we came to the hotel, few people were around. Very quiet. We were shown to a room with separate beds which unneccessary since I'm with my husband. But nevertheless, the sheets were clean and the room as well. What turned me off during our stay was the need for us to transfer to another room since the room that we were staying was reserved for another person. We arrived there on a Sunday and they asked us to transfer to another room on a Monday afternoon. Which was very uncomfortable. The new room that we had have several defects though, which was upsetting. Breakfast is ordinary, it's the same menu almost everyday. But anyways, I can recommend this hotel for those who will not stay long in Roxas and those who keeps going out for the day and go back to hotel just for slumber.

it was like a bad dream.”
I broguht my family to this hotel supposedly to rest due to power outage in the area. I reserved 2 VIP rooms hoping that these rooms are bigger and can accomodate more people. The rooms were hot and the AC could not make the room a bit cooler. AC systems are smnall and too old. the rooms seemed newly painted buyt still old fashioned type of a room. I copmplained 2X about the AC and they told us that it will make the rooms cooler in a while which did not happen. I will definietely not coming back nor would recommend this hotel. they do not accept credit card for extra payment since they charged every person in excess of the 2 persons as their requirement per room. the staff said they only accept cash for extra charges. what a mess!

The staff were very helpful with helping us organise our trip. The breakfast the next morning was also very good and the hotel is next to a huge mall with lots of food options and an enormous supermarket.

Convenient Environment but lack of maintenance”
the area of the hotel is big. however, it seemed that the maintenance of the rooms and facilities are not very good but still acceptable. due to the convenience to shopping mall and airport, it is choosen. the beddings are old and not nice. i would rather bring my own bed sheets. however, the shuttle bus of the hotel always in repair and difficult to get taxi there.

The hotel location is good where only 15 mins to airport. However, for the facilities and food with the hotel is not satisfactory. There was no hot water available in the bath room. The breakfast is too simple and no choice. The only thing is convenient to shopping mall for other choice of food.

Quiet hotel , facilites old and few services only ”
A short stay of 2 days. The rooms are spacious enought. The shower was not working, the pool was not working and I could use a cleaner toilet. The staff is not really communicative but polite and efficient. Pleasant exterior. Overall is a low budget hotel that delivers what you pay.

the staff were great and attentive. I have found that generally when you book a deluxe room you get a kettle and makings for tea and coffee. This was not the case and when asked for we were advied that there would be an extra charge. The breakfasts were not very good so if i booked again it would be without food.

The rooms are big but the shower facilities are not satisfactory especially on the 2nd floor. There is no rubbish bin in the room which is very inconvenient. However, the service of the people are good. The breakfast has been improving.

quiet but the room was dusty, sheets are not that clean, waited 10 days for the lightbulb and they replaced it when I was not there and was not even aware that they were replacing it that day.

Disappointing starting with not being pick up at airport due to driver resigning. Had to find our own transportation and paid ourselves. Poll was dirty and not open.
