Offering impressive sea views and a private swimming pool, La Imaroga is located in Nerja. This 6-bedroom villa has a garden with a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The property has 3 twin bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace, as well as a dining area. La ubicación genial, tranquila. La piscina genial. Y la casa en una única planta es cómoda. El porche genial.
El mantenimiento de la casa bastante deficiente, la casa esta vieja. Pero la estancia fue buena. Llamamos para que arreglaran algunas cosas y nos atendieron muy bien. Buenos trabajadores, casa antigua.

Vacaciones espectaculares de verano azul entre amigos”

Nos encantó la piscina, las vistas, la amplitud de la casa y su zona exterior (que ha sido lo que más uso le hemos dado), la intimidad de la casa sin ruidos cercanos y cerca de todo, el césped, la respuesta ágil del hotel que gestiona la casa para resolver muy rápido las incidencias aparecidas. Le dimos mucho uso a la barbacoa.
Las avispas en la piscina, el césped y el patio interior, uno de los frigoríficos no funcionaba correctamente (aunque se sustituyó muy rápido, seguía sin enfriar correctamente y se estropeó comida), las instalaciones necesitan una reforma ya que los baños son antiguos.

Me encantó la casa.Es muy grande, cómoda y muy bien distribuida.Las vistas al mar son espectaculares. La piscina está muy bien.
Deben revisar un poco el mobiliario de la piscina, las hamacas están bastante deterioradas.

Mooi uitzicht, grote tuin, zeer ruim huis, fijn zwembad.
Gedateerd huis met achterstallig onderhoud. Badkamers en keuken moeten nodig gemoderniseerd worden. Geen aansluiting op riool, maar op septic tank, wcpapier moet in een emmertje.

Ejendommen kunne være utrolig lækker hvis alt var i orden, men alt for meget var ikke i orden.”

Flot beliggenhed med udsigt over Middelhavet. Lækker pool og udendørsarealer. Meget velindrettet hus til mange mennesker
Alt for meget var ikke i orden da vi kom. Et badeværelse måtte ikke bruges i 4 dage. Kaffemaskinen virkede ikke. Elkedel virkede ikke, det ene køleskab virkede ikke, en blæser virkede ikke, der var ikke gjort rent i atrium gården, der vrimlede med hvepse ved poolen grundet et hvepsebo på husets tag, liggestolene var gået i stykker, flere andre stole til undedørs brug var gået i stykker. Huset er utrolig slidt og mangler en kærlig hånd.
