Close to airport”
If spending a night before departing, this is a great choice. On the water but no real beach, pool has a nice view of the water though. Rooms were clean and would recommend this accommodation.

The room & staff are so good. There are swiming pool & gym. It's next to the beach & near the sea port where you can catch boat to islands. The only problem is restaurant × 1.22 after meal. It's too high

We were looking for a beach resort with swimming pool and ocean access. This hotel was available at very reasonable price. However, we refused two room assignments and accepted the third. Air conditioning was very loud and not effective on putting out chilled air. Furniture was old and most pieces were stained. Eventhough our first room had the view we liked, there was renovation going on in adjacent room and the smell of solvent or finish was overwhelming for us and our senior guests. This hotel rates 2 out of 5 for us....... The staff were very accomodating and friendly which balanced out in the end.

La mirada is in a key position with access to beach, The only major issue we had was the food and the prices, The food was 3 out of 10 at best The prices of the food was expensive, and on top of the prices was a 12% vatt charge and then to add insult to injury a 10% surcharge So infact the prices shown on the menu had a 22% extra charge on top, I know the Philippines has a 12% duty but an extra 10% on top of an expensive menu was just plain and simple price gouging for a 3 star hotel,

The hotel stuff upgrade me to partially seaview room for free & the stuff are quit helpful. You can swim at vista ma resort swimming pool as well. The breakfast was quit poor. Overall is just ok. There is nothing at hotel surrounding area. U need to take tricycle to get to the main road.

. They charge php100 for the to call a taxi. Grab is hard to get. The unit we stayed in has no hot water. Kitchen sink has no water. Vanity mirror is dirty.

If they would like to renovate maybe they should not open the hotel for guests ”
Pros: not that expensive because Cons: constructions on going that will wake you up super early in the morning, like 6 am, due to hammering sound on the top floor I think. Pros: safe and secure Cons: no public transport which will limit you to ride their car service which is more expensive than Grab/taxi. Pros: free breakfast buffet and extended swimming pool Cons: you just need to transfer to the next hotel to eat breakfast and access the other pool. You also need to get food stub and wrist band so the guard will give allow you to enter their facility. Also elevator smells paint so is the hallway. No room service as the restaurant is always close. No wifi in your room just in the lobby smart/globe signal is super low which means no INTERNET which is fine if they have wifi. Staff is friendly though. That’s it will never go back. PS bed is uncomfortable so are the pillows that gave me stiff neck.

Breakfast dining in in another building. Wifi is in the Lobby only. Pool not that great. Resort doesn't seem to be maintained. had to queue for breakfast and always running out of food. Restaurants are in other buildings and most of the menu out of stock. Better places around - give this resort a miss.

No hot water in the bathroom. I was looking for the cause, found that the water boiler was very unprofessional installed and very dangerous with the electric cables! Location of the hotel very bad. Nothing nearby, you need a Taxi to get there. And to get a Taxi from the hotel is impossible, because the Hotel area is in a village compound, no passing by Taxi. You have to order a Taxi at the Reception and pay additional 100 Pesos for the booking. Below the Kitchen sink in the cabinet was a drain pan and around they put a towel which was full of mold! Door of the room was secure to lock and they use still a Key. This hotel facility is in an Condominium building. Actually it doesn't look like an hotel, more an Condominium. In the Bahtroom very less light and the toilet was smelling of urin. I would not stay in this hotel again.

In the middle of nowhere ”
This is not a hotel but a condominium in the middle of nowhere. No wifi in the room. They gave us a bed for our daughter but wanted extra fee for a blanket. The air conditioning in the main room wouldn’t stop running and was super cold. The air conditioning in the bedroom wouldn’t cool properly. There is no restaurant in the building so you must Walt to the next condominium to eat. Too far from anything especially restaurants. Forched to eat at a horrible overpriced restaurant. I’m so glad we only stayed one night. The only reason we stayed thee was because it said it was close to the airport and it isn’t. The condominium is about 20 to 30 minuets from the airport. It’s also located in an extremely poor area and didn’t feel safe walking outside the grounds. It’s all quiet old and poorly maintained. Shower has little to no hot water. Furniture was old and very dirty. I wasn’t comfortable sitting on the dirty cloth furniture especially letting my daughter use it. Extremely disappointed.
