Exceptional”
Sorry for the late review. Stayed in La Natura with my fiance, for our Anniversary Trip. And it was the perfect place to disconnect from the busy lifestyle we had in Manila. The location is far from the main city and you will need to ride a 20 min tricycle to get you to the resort. There's limited signal in the rooms also, but they have wifi in the common area which you can use if you need to. The rooms didn't have aircon but it didn't bother us at all, since the place was rainy and windy when we stayed. Overall, loved the stay here. Again, it's the perfect place to disconnect from everything.

Our stay in La Natura”
The location - yes is 20 min trike to town, yes it is bumpy but I have enjoyed every bump of it rather than staying in Coron town. The resort - rooms are clean, cozy, the outdoor space is beatiful and well maintained. The restaurant - looks much more clean than those in town, we ate mkst of the time here and the food was good with large portions. I tried Giniling 2 times, but the second time I felt sick the day after. First time no problem. The staff - probably the best staff I met until now. Very helpful and careful. Keep up the good job. I definitely recommend La Natura Resort for those who want to stay in a tranquil place in Coron.

Perfect Stay”
When we first stepped into La Natura we didn't want to leave. And that is exactly what we did for most of our free time. After our tours we went straight back and spent the rest of the day by the pool. I love every minute of it! My friend and I are lamenting how much we miss this hotel as I type this. We miss the amazing sleep we had, the great service, and the feeling of truly being relaxed. Thank you for taking care of us! We are both so happy we booked a hotel far from the city. It was like our own Secret Garden. P.s. Signal for Globe is iffy at best, if you want to contact them go w/ their Smart number. Wifi is fast thank goodness. P.p.s. If you want to disconnect with the digital world this hotel is for you. I adored not being able to check my phone 24/7. I enjoyed reading a book and being one w/ nature. It was such a lovely retreat. P.p.s. Book your Airport transfer to the hotel as Travel Agencies will charge a premium as it is 15 minutes away from Coron Town.

Beautiful resort with a Bali-like feel in the style. Rooms are big and clean and even though it says no wifi in all rooms, most rooms have good access to wifi as the public area wifi is right next to the rooms. The staff are very accommodative and friendly, and even allowed us to order room service from the restaurant as my partner was sick - usually you can not bring the meals into the rooms. Looks just like the pictures or even better really. They also have games like badminton available which was fun. Would recommend to any of my friends for a nice relaxing retreat that is only 10 minutes out of Town.

Lovely relaxing resort”
Great rooms, delicious food, we placed our dinner order each morning and they got the ingredients fresh. Great pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to town whenever you want to go. Friendly and helpful staff. Gardens are lovely. Perfect place to really escape the world and fully relax.

It’s a very private and nice resort. Only the transport from town is not very convenient.”
First of all, the experience here for a longer stay would be definitely recommend. It’s private and sweet, the longer I stay the more I loved here. We choose here to have the diving trip although it’s not convenient by Trike but it’s fine. And the road is under construction while the week we stay. So it will be improved in the future. They are very hospitality and breakfast is good. There’s no air condition but Fan is enough. And no hairdryer should be the only flaw I can think of and we also get used to it during the 6 day stay.

Clean, quiet and nice garden”
CORON is very crowded and you'll look for quiet place after time in the city or on island hoping. La Natura has much bigger rooms than average in Phillippines, is quiet, very well maintained. Only minus is the fact that place is 4 km north from the city. But triacycle will take you there for around 100 pesos. I recommend it!

Excellent service! But location is too far away and rough road. ”
The staff is super friendly and efficient to all our needs and requests. The only downside to this place is the location. It's too far away from town proper and trykes/van have to drive through a rough road. If you plan to stay just in the resort, then this is a good place. :)

Quiet get away”
nice and quiet, except for the karaoke after 11pm from the nearby village, which was not that bad. what can say except that the filipinos love their video-okes. The hotel itself tho is a bit far from the city center tho. It's a 20 min tricycle ride from coron. Nice warm shower.

Best choice you can do (La Natura vs. Sophia's Gar”
I always found it difficult to find a nice hotel in the Philippines with a good price. La Natura is an excellent hotel with great value for money. It is a place where everything is perfect; big and nice room with nice garden view, very nice staff, excellent local and Italian food and a great atmosphere. Why should you choose the hotel; - family run hotel with great staff - since the owner is Italian, not just local food is excellent (one of the top 5 restaurants I have been in the Philippines). They often ask you to order your dinner in advance so they can buy the food fresh and it was always excellent. - the atmosphere is great. From the pool you can see the jungle and you can here the birds. - the location is not in the town but it just cost 150 pesos to get there. However everything you need you get there and it is actually not worse to stay in Coron. It is rather better getting picked up for here by your tours (you can book in the hotel) and having a relaxing place after your trips. La Natura vs. Sophia's Garden; Actually I came to La Natura just accidentally since the hotel of my fist booking got destroyed by the storm and Sophia's was fully booked so I spent one night at Sophia's and the other nights at La Natura. Atmosphere: La Natura - tropical paradise/ Sophia's - colonial style Staff: La Natura - very friendly and always trying to make everything perfect/ Sophia's - friendly but nut so much engaged Room: La Natura - big/ Sophia's - small View: La Natura - jungle/ Sophia's - just garden Time to Coron city center: La Natura - 15-20 min/ Sophia's - 5 min

A little gem of a place”
I don't think that we could have done any better than staying at La Natura during our week in Coron. La Natura is out of Coron town: a very bumpy road takes you to the interior, past little farm dwellings and cashew nut groves. It's a little oasis away from the chaos and gasoline fumes: green grass, tropical flowers and a thousand birds hold a promise of rest and pampering, and La Natura delivers. Clean, tasteful rooms, large bathrooms with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds (but the pillows could be softer): Italian/Filipino Gillian and her staff really shined in making your stay comfortable. Wendy and Pat anticipated our needs, and the two young women in the kitchen consistently turned out impeccable dishes, whether at breakfast -with some of the best pancakes we've ever had- or lunch (great sandwiches -like homemade chicken pesto-and salads) or dinner, with either Filipino dishes or great Italian seafood pasta (perfectly al dente!) and risotto, everything we tried was fresh and delicious. A special mention goes to their homemade wheat bread: in a Country where all store-bought bread seems to have sugar in it, La Natura wheat bread was a most welcome and delicious respite. Food portion were very large but everything was so good we never seemed to leave any morsels behind, so our waistline were not grateful! The Internet connection was weak, with somewhat better luck in the evenings, enough to check on your emails, but don't expect too much while in the Coron area. One suggestion I would make is to have "greener"(water-saving) options in cleaning the rooms. Many hotels all over the world have signs in the rooms asking their guests to put towels in a specific place if they want them changed, and a card over the bed if they want the sheets washed. We didn't need the sheets and towels changed every day, but we did want the bed made and the room serviced...a sign in the bathroom asking people to conserve water would also be useful. La Natura would save resources
