Rude staff”

When I checked in I asked for an early check in as I was taking classes that weren't starting for several hours. I was told NO! When I did check in There was a man working on the roof that swept paint chips and debris on me as I walked in and when I left. I told the rude person at the front desk about it and he just looked at me and said why don't you punch him. Then again when I left more paint chips and debris was swept on to me.I was dressed for business and at this point had to find a place to change my clothes.This was very inconvenient and will prevent me from staying at this particular hotel again. The breakfast in the morning was especially awful. It was something like you would expect from a $39.00 per night hotel.They charged me me $102.00 on a separate credit card for incidentals which has still not been put back on my card . When I asked what the $2.00 was for they told me that they charge it to everyone and it helps pay for the upkeep of the hotel. I call baloney!

Good location, but I had a noisy refrigerator, a plastic-covered-chair with most of the plastic worn off, and a couple of baby roaches in my room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful during my stay.
