As someone who works 80+ hours, it's great to find a hmmm hotel where you can get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was okay, but my main reason was sleep. Beds were comfortable and room clean. No microwave or mini fridge, so... you wod need to go out to eat... but the price was great! Staff pleasant!

Excellent”
People were hanging outside.(Scary feeling). Rooms were clean the walls were dirty in restroom and bathroom was dirty with left over food on the floor. Beds were comfortable. It got loud in the early morning around 6:00am but overall it was an ok stay.

Lacking a little”
The room was not deep cleaned; there was a candy wrapper and crumbs around the back edge e of the bed where my pillow fell. The shower had two heads and both ran the whole time, while one of the shower pipes leaked the entire time. The pressure and temperature were good in spite of the awkwardness. I did not pack shampoo/conditioner since we were only going for two nights. There was only one small bottle of shampoo. The building is pretty old and hopefully will be updated soon. Staff was friendly/helpful.

Missing maintenance”
Price was great, front desk folks were awesome. Tub was peeling, corners of bathroom were very dirty. The TV was broken with a big green line right through the middle. The railing just outside on the common walkway, had a red hornets nest right where you lean over to look at the pool. I would return, but I would want a cleaner room and some of the maintenance to be addressed.

This is a 3 Star hotel, not a 2, but...”
I travelled on a peak weekend and wound up paying $188 for this room. That was more than double what it should have cost. The hotel was in a nice quiet place. It's an older hotel that hasn't been updated like other hotels. The outside walkways needed a good pressure washing and the elevator needed cleaned. The lobby was filled with boxes that had not been broken down and disposed of. I had to ask for the little "grab and go breakfast" which consisted of next to nothing, especially considering the amount I paid for the room. What's happened to the included breakfasts during this pandemic? I miss the proper continental breakfasts hotels used to serve On this visit, even a $5 coupon to McD's would've been better.

The Days Inn is exactly what it is supposed to be - a decent place to stay for when you need to stay there. I would have preferred that the carpet didn't leave my feet dirty, but the room was convenient, affordable, and just what I needed, when I needed it.

Its not what we saw in pics to begin then there was no hot breakfast as advertised stuck with orange and bottled water and the guy at counter had an attitude. Everytime we flush the toilet the water shot straight out of the side of the toilet creating big water puddles. There was people outside stopping you for drugs but other then that the room felt clean. All facilities were closed due to covid 19. I saw two staff members with mask and non with gloves. wouldn't recommend

If you dont need or want anything special, good. You get a bed and a shower. Advertised breakfast- in a brown bag granola bar, yogurt, pretzels. No shampoo so bring your own. Wear shoes inside and out- needs cleaning and pressure washing. The water runs and the A/C works. Count the blessings.

Ghetto and creepy area”
This place was really creepy, many of the people staying here seemed to be drug addicts or vagabonds. I stayed in the Hilton here in Gainesville for the same price as this place, and it was a hundred times better--- staff was more helpful, room was cleaner, and more amenities. When we checked in, there were urine stains on the toilet. I contacted the staff. It took an hour for the cleaning person to show up, and by then I told her not to worry about it because we had already cleaned it ourselves. The whole thing kind of weirded me out and grossed me out. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was literally my only option.

This place needs a over haul. Beds are hard as a rock an not clean. Kill 2 spiders in the bed an had to change room due to blood splats on a wall. One of the worse places I’ve stayed. I should have got paid to stay here not the other way around.

Avoid if at all possible”
The staff is nice. Very friendly. As I checked in I felt their energy saying “Are you sure you want to stay here?”. I admit, upon first view of the building I should’ve bounced. But, it was only one night and where I like to stay was booked. It’s obvious there are long-term guests here. The room below me even has a bbq pit outside their door, under the stairwell. Someone has used the community trash bin as their personal dumpster. I reminded myself “Just one night.” My room is damp, smells of water soaking… somewhere. The bathtub has old stains on it. It could use some Comet, Ajax, Fabuloso and bleach. I always take baths to relax but this tub is so sketch that I didn’t want to place my feet in it let alone immerse my body. Very disappointing. “Just one night”. If you can avoid staying here then do. The cost should be dropped to $50/night for any room. It’s just not worth your comfort zone.

Traveling with elderly mother to see relatives. First night there, she was attacked by bed bugs. In the morning, front desk refused to change rooms until we asked for a refund. Second set of rooms were ok. Maids service came to room in day four

Needs alot of maintenance”
This was the worst place I have every stayed! There was dust in the vents. The a.c. did not work. This place needs an complete makeover. The building needs to be sanitized and painted. Mild dew was outside our room door. The shower didn't get hot and homeless people was hanging around outside. I booked online and it was Jon refundable, the pictures online is nothing like the actual rooms. Good thing it was only for one night. Management and the owners should be a shame of the conditions of this place.

Our room smell a lot like cigarettes we ask to be changed and the next room smelled much worse. Blankets did not looked clean and they had the same smell, phone did not work
