stay elsewhere, the owner is crazy”
A sloppily dressed man approached me in the parking lot as I was checking in. Screaming "are you staying here?" I asked why he wanted to know. He just kept screaming the same thing over and over. Then he screamed "who are you?" Now thinking this was some crazy drifter, I asked back, who are you? "I don't have to tell you who I am!" Btw, I was wearing a business suit. At this point I was about to call the police. Finally he screamed "I own this hotel!" I replied this was poor customer relations, and why was he screaming at me? He continued to scream. Finally I held up my key card. He screamed what's your name? I said I have paid for a room and does he scream at every guest. He screamed some more. I just stood there staring at him. Eventually he went into the hotel. Later, I was talking to a hotel employee, and told her about this occurence. I said I felt sorry for the staff having to work for this madman. She said they try to avoid him. PS: the place is run down, rooms are run down. Located between a gas station and home depot in a sketchy area.

Owner screamed at me repeatedly in the parking lot. Would not identify himself, I thought he was a crazy homeless guy. Made me show my room receipt. And I mean screamed, a good five minutes. Terrible man; I feel sorry for his employees.

Horrible experience ”
I am currently handicap and rely on crutches to move around. The only hotel elevator hotel has was broken. My wife and me were given a room in the 3rd floor!!! I explained to the staff it would be very difficult to walk up 3 flights of steps. All they did was tell me there’s nothing they can do without a care in the world. I only stayed because I was so exhausted from travel and walking on crutches. My poor wife struggled helping me walk up the steps. POOR POOR POOR service and very rude staff!!!!!

We didn't even spend the night here, so as far as the hotel i can't give my opinion. I got the keys to the room, went to the gas station across the street, went right back to turn in my keys. Never stayed. This location is unsafe.

Well first thing the air barely worked but the main focus here was I had to leave before my girlfriend and this creepy staff member waited outside our room to follow her and ask for her instagram if I was there I would have beat that dudes ass so inappropriate. What is wrong with people literally waited outside the room until check out for an hour

El ascensor no funciona. El desayuno es hasta las 9 no es justo, están arreglando el cuarto de al lado mientras uno duerme. No pude descansar bien y las camas pequeñas 2 personas adultas grandes no pueden dormir bien
