For those who already had a reservation for the night shouldve been discounted for the lack of hot water. It was absolutely inconvenient to not be able to have a hot shower when it's 30 degrees outside.

Needs a deep, deep,deep clean. Furniture worn. Bed mattress old with big indention. Had to ask to move from first room because the door wouldn't lock and TV didn't work. Front desk was helpful. I would of asked for a refund and found another place but was too tired after a long day.

I use to work in the hotel industry. I will never stay here again! I had trouble getting in my room and I had to go to the front desk 3 times before I could get in my room. When I got in none of the lights worked and I booked 2 queens and I had 2 full size beds. Something bit my daughter and when we tried to get snacks we couldn’t because someone stuck chocolate cake in the machine and stuffed the hole where you put your money with the cake. Worst experience ever! They need to close it down and start from scratch. Just horrible!

Elevator Broken, Breakfast was awful”
I booked and paid online. When I arrived they said they only had a room on the third floor and the elevator was broken. I was very tired and couldn't imagine lugging suitcases up steps, so I asked for a room on a lower floor. They said they didn't have any...but there were only 5 cars in the parking lock, so I doubt that it was true. I think they treated me badly because I got a special price deal online and had already paid. In the morning we discovered that the breakfast had been left out overnight without refrigeration. The waffle batter was sour, the bagels were dry, the cereal was stale, and the whole experience was inedible. The room had stains on the carpet, stains on the wall, and there was hair on the bed.

My first stay here was pleasant though a bit short lived as I checked in late and checked out very early. So I can't comment on the free breakfast or the pool and jacuzzi experience. I can say that the room I had was spacious and clean w/ all the amenities of good hospitality. I also liked that you could view your car from your room's window if arrived early, with just a short walk to unpack. Most importantly, it was priced right for a weekend visit. Last but not least, the staff was cordial and polite which earns an extra star on its own when that box is checked. I can recommend this spot for all travelers except for those requiring five star accommodations. Oh , I forgot to mention the firm pillow top mattresses including five actual fluffy pillows. Plus a day bed with a back rest; a full bath w/ shower in a full sized tub. 800 count sheets and top it all off you get the good towels. I could go on but I may have already priced myself out of this one. Just keep in mind that if the price gets too ambitious step up to the next tier as form of protest. Happy trails.

Logo na entrada queriam nos colocar num quarto sem frigobar, mesmo nós tendo explicado que precisávamos para guardar medicação do meu marido. O chão do quarto oferecido era muito sujo e cheirava a urina, não se podia andar descalço porque o pé ficava preto e grudento. Mesmo pedindo que fizessem limpeza, esta não era feita. Passamos 6 dias com aquele odor horrível. As toalhas foram trocadas apenas 2 vezes e após muita discussão! Faltava manutenção no quarto. A cama era muito ruim. No café da manhã a funcionária deixava faltar itens básicos como talheres, sem falar dos produtos, e abriu o saco de granola com OS DENTES!!! Em plena época de pandemia!!! Eu definitivamente não retorno a esse hotel.
