Nice large rooms”

Excellent choice”

Convenient to anything in Plantation. The hotel was very clean and Covid protocols definitely in place. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good and refilled quickly. Staff was awesome - every single person we interacted with was pleasant, helpful and informative. We really appreciated each of them.

Pleasant stay”

This hotel is located in a great spot half way between the FLL airport and Sawgrass mills mall. It is a little bit awkward to find so have a good map to get too it. It has ample safe parking. It has a decent size pool but not sure if it is heated or not. The room was a nice size, on a quiet street, and they maintain the place well (no peeling paint etc.). The bed comfort was soft but good. Currently there is no daily housekeeping for short stays but you can request new towels etc. The breakfast was pretty standard for these types of places including a hot egg w/ processed cheese omelet, cereal, breads, yogurt etc. Coffee and ice water available 24hrs. in the lobby. There are a number of good local and chain restaurants in the area but not within walking distance. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place if you are good with google maps/waze to find your way around.

Comfy, clean & convenient ”

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast buffet. Free coffee & water at the lobby area. Comfy bed and large room. We got the king bed Executive room. $218 a night. They have a gym and a pool and free wifi and parking. Right across is a shopping mall. Front desk lady who checked us in wasn’t happy (maybe having a bad day) or didn’t even say hi. Aside from that everything was great.

Ok place for a night”

The hotel needs some improvement starting with the doors , AC settings, lack of room ventilation. Similar problem as in other more expensive hotels. My concern is that the prices are higher at par with hotels with better ratings. Since nobody complaints, they assume everybody is happy, and clearly it is not the case, in my view.

Bathroom and general amenities ”

Bathroom shower was broken!, needed to hold the shower for bath the whole time!… Bathrroom general hygiene was terrible and in very bad conditions!. Hotel Location was good however the service , hygiene and other general amenities were not good.

theft of your belongings”

aging hotel, sticky floor in the room on arrival, closet doors that do not close you really have to force a lot .. lots of dust all over and in the furniture. Low-end breakfast and the same every day. Reception staff are relatively friendly (not all...) but the worst is having your things stolen...no safe...I had a nice brand new belt from a big brand. unfortunately I realized that she had disappeared at the airport while trying to change her clothes...so disappointed...
