Wrong Room Type”
Starting with the good: staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Facilities were clean and neat. Breakfast was OK. What I didn't like: 1. My reservation was supposed to be Lake view. We were given a first floor room facing the front of the building. 2. Hair dryer didn't work 3. Bathroom door handle was not working? It felt loose and didn't really locked when attempted. Would love it I'd the also provided complimentary water bottles instead of buying overpriced from tr vending machine.

Ok on short notice with a dog”
I was having construction and needed somewhere on short notice that would take us with a dog. It felt outdated and not the cleanest but it met our needs and is in a good location for restaurants and shopping.

No heat”
The heater in my room isn’t working. Ask for an extra blank which was made of polyester. I woke up in the middle of the night soaking wet from perspiration since the covers don’t breath. It was like sleeping under sheets of plastic.

A/C was not cold enough- fridge made LOUD NOISE - CEILING FAN is loose also made loud noise - they only had 2 large towels in the room and it was 3 of us.

They have roaches in the room. This place is very nasty!! I stayed for one night and was ready to go. Never been in a hotel that has roaches I am beyond shocked. Told the front desk and she acted like she had no idea.

Location of this hotel is great if you like to do your shopping at the Sawgrass Mills. The rooms are good, only the air-conditioning is loud. The beds are good. This property is outdated but still good to stay. The hallway smells old but that's why it's outdated. Staff is friendly and cooperative if you need help or have questions.

This was a well located reasonably priced quiet hotel with courteous and professional staff - in particular Gladys at the reception desk was very helpful My room was clean and spacious with a small fridge comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Sunrise
