Hotel room was clean upon arrival. However there was a musty smell in the room. The leaking air conditioner was the most likely cause for this. In spite of this it was a reasonable place to stay that is close major shopping centers.

It’s different from the photos on the website,the room has a bad smell , the carpet smells when you enter the room, every day the same kind of breakfast and is not very good, the pool is not clean, the room is too small, nothing is good there, bad experience I will not go back and I don’t advise people go there either.🤮🤮🤮

The room was clean and good sized. Bed comfortable, wifi and TV and fridge all good. Breakfast was ok, not the worst but not great either. Location is good if you need to be in that area. Many malls nearby and also Ikea is a 2 minute walk. Many restaurants also a 2 minute walk. If your for sightseeing or beach not a good location. Staff seemed to be confused

Estuvimos 12 noches, y aunque todo en general bastante bien, al hotel le falta mantenimiento en todos los aspectos, mejor limpieza, y mejor atención de uno de los chicos de recepción, durante 13 días comimos EXACTAMENTE lo mismo, cero variantes, el mismo tipo de huevo, el mismo tipo de salchicha, las mismas frutas, etc, entendemos que el desayuno es básico pero diversificarse minimamente no creo que les haga daño ni que afecte el presupuesto después del 7to día ya no podia soportar seguir desayunando exaaaaactamente lo mismo, pero disque CERO variedad, pudieron minimamente cambiar la presentación de los huevos o otro tipo de proteina, minimamente los sabores de los yogurts o similares

Ficamos somente por 02 dias mas o atendimento foi ótimo. Quartos limpos, tudo organizado. Funcionários receptivos e super simpáticos. O quarto possui frigobar, microondas, cafeteira e ferro de passar. No hotel tem piscina e opções de lanches para comprar nas máquinas.
