Adequate for a short stay”
For two nights this hotel was adequate. The reception/ dining area was not conducive for small partiers or couples dining. Large circular table seating 10 is not what is expected in a hotel. Breakfast typical Philippine provincial fare. Evening meal on arrival after a 13 hour drive was average, but the beer was most satisfactory. Reasonable value for money

Upon leaving manila, my mom texted Ms. Jen from Veranda suites confirming that our pick up shuttle will be at LGP airport on time. Ms Jen replied they dont have driver that day. So my mom gave her a typical sarcastic reply that 'is it the guest's problem if you dont have driver, make a move pls'. after the flight and arriving in LGP, we are not expecting a shuttle anymore. But when we come out from the airport, A lady with a smile greeted us and accompanied us to their shuttle. (magic! hahaha) Imagine we booked 1 month ahead for this hotel and only shuttle service they can't make any solution, how much more for the hotel, well see... After 5-10 minutes travel, we reached Gogon. The check in was quite fast. our room rate didnt include breakfast, (2400php/rm) So if you are scouting for hotel, better try to look for other hotels which serves breakfast even you booked via agoda, hotels.com or expedia.com. For this reason, we didnt try to eat in their hotel. Maybe they dont have something nice to offer with food since they dont include breakfast at all. (think so) The room is big. Twin bed, can fit 4 adults in this room. They have mini fridge, big mirror, 14 inch TV with cable channels, aircon is cold enough. When you open the window it has a bit of Mayon view. They dont have mini bar. there is water heater, 2 cups, but dont have coffee. Only water. Another thing is, there's only 2 socket for whatever gadget you have. So imagine if the TV is on, you are only left with 1 socket. Toilet : the heater is not working. i have read a lot of reviews about water heater, and taking a bath during mornings is an EXTRA challenge. They have spacious bathroom though. Provisions were 2 soaps, toothbrush (no toothpaste), used tissue, (from previous occupants obviously). shampoo and conditioner in one. THATS all. the rest, you have to bring yourself. The veranda is good for dining. good view, fresh air. They have function halls as well, for birthdays, meetings, weddings, etc.

Everything but the breakfast”
Staff is accommodating. Room is big. However we did see a few ants here and there. Food is good. The coffee shop however smelled musty and there were many mosquitoes. Management did not accommodate our request to include the free breakfast considering that the rate we paid for is inclusive of breakfast if we booked directly with them.

Good location, very helpful staff, spacious room”
The place is very clean, there is supply of bottled water everyday. Whenever you ask for anything, the staff there are very prompt in their service. The junior suite room given to us as an upgrade is very spacious and comfortable for me, my husband and 3 kids. We had a very memorable stay in Legaspi and if we come back again, we would still use the same hotel I would advise wider variety of food to choose from...not so tasty, too

Nice hotel with excellent staff”
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were excellent. The breakfast is very tasty and good value. Also evening meals are very reasonably priced and enjoyable.

Great location but service is no good”
location is the only plus thing i experienced. since it is a new hotel, staff personnel is not yet experienced enough for the services. laundry of towel is very bad and no wi-fi inside the rooms.
