beach & shoreline”

We were disappointed with the beach because of garbage and trash in the water and shoreline. Black sand should be promoted just like white sand so the hotel management should ensure the cleanliness of the the beach. Suggest the hotel should promote cleanliness and put trash can near the beach front. Such a pity that people don't care about the environment.

Above average”

The resort was okay for me. Staffs are helpful and accomodating. The deluxe room was okay however, the lavatory was dirty and the bidet and flush was not working, I also did not like the restroom because it looks dirty. There was also no mats and rags provided in our room. The pool was nice but there was frogs swimming at night and it closes at 10pm. The beach was dirty. I already expecting that it was not white sand, but I was hoping that it was clean. There was trash all over the place, diapers and plastics in the water. Overall, it was fine just dont expect too much. i would also not recommend it to my friends.

Children had fun”

There was a kiddie pool so the children (6 & 8 yrs. old) had fun. We could cook our food so we saved a lot by bringing food to cook. Wi-fi was only available in the reception area. The place was clean and well-kept.

You could get more value for money at another place.”

The resort is better compared to other nearby resorts. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was the main attraction. Beach had black sand, not really that amazing nor clean. Staff were a bit snob and policies were a bit rigid and overrated for the place. We didn't feel malasakit or customer service from them. The policies and rates were for a higher ranking resort but the service and place were not at par.

The room we stayed at is not well maintained.There's rust at the faucet and the flooring looks untidy.It's not worth the price we paid.

Small rooms, Friendly staff”

The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. The rooms are very small, and the beds was very hard. Not comfortable at all. The pictures on the website is deceiving. The rooms located near the beach are not very sound proof and you can hear kids playing in the swimming pool since 5 in the morning.

Poor hotel facilities, for local”

Not a hotel restaurant, dining is about delivery of pizza. Local number is a group of adults, had been self-catering. Such is the hotel. It was making noise in the local karaoke loud, very noisy until midnight. Small room, shared with any other shower room. Is a resort that can not relax at all cheesy.

Over-priced hotel with dirty, noisy surroundings”

The hotel charges a high cost but the room and CR were really dirty and old. For the price it charged, it should have been a 4-star or 3-star at the very least. But it actually looked cheap. No frills. They didn't even have any restaurant. The karaoke was on til past midnight that's why we couldn't sleep. The front desk said the karaoke will only operate til 11pm but they let their guests used it around 1:00 am to the expense of other guests who needed rest and relaxation. The beach was also dirty. Didn't enjoy our stay here. Been to lots of other hotels with much better facilities at a more affordable, friendly rate. Waste of money and worst, waste of quality time for a long distance drive. Book somewhere else.

Acceptable”

I would not recommend this resort. Aircon in the rooms are not working properly and not comfortable and is very expensive. You can't even ask to borrow a cup or coffee mug. Staffs are rude especially the security guards they won't even let us go out to go to the store because they said there is a curfew.

Very bad experience”

When we are there im totally stress i thought i can relax but its not.because of some rules of this resorts.i waste money its so bad xperience.i feel im a prisoner inside.lot of do's and dont.i cannot comeback again to this hotel.

No habia restaurante, ni una triste botella de agua en el hotel. Servicio de Delivery comida basura es lo unico que proporcionaban y todo esto sin anunciarlo en la web. No hay nada alrededor, a excepcion de un McDonall. Pesimo.
