Perfect getaway ”
Room was big for a group , plenty of space , full kitchen , nice terrace with small pool. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants and bars. I recommend this hotel

Great marketing, just not accurate!”
Let me start by saying that it wasn’t an awful experience, just not a great one. The website makes it sound like there’s an infinity rooftop pool (I would call it more of a bath tub). The rooftop area was closed up, and pretty rundown. The room was clean, but I found it odd you were not able to control your own AC. If you wanted it on or adjusted you had to go down to the front desk and ask them to come use the remote for you???? The 24 hour coffee bar is a machine at the front desk. Not a coffee bar. There is also no restaurant as indicated. Disappointed and would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend. However, as a last resort, maybe but only maybe.

Our room was relatively clean (not the mirror above the be, however). The pool is no larger than a bathtub, that's a joke. There was no breakfast and even the coffee machine was broken. There was no chair in the room and no 'do not disturb'-sign. The view was... well, was not. Curtains stayed closed on a building pit. The shower was cold. The airco was freezing but the thermostat was out of batteries so we could not change it. (Front desk has a blanket for us). Bed was good though. Don't pay that kind of money for such a room!

A Week after Maria”
Of course, nothing was right after two major hurricanes. But one can't blame the hotel. No elevator, no air conditioning, no hot water. Great staff and coffee!
