Perfect weekend gateway.. ”

Nice food. Room is huge and tidy. Comfortable bed. Lighting can improve. Slow heating of water, due to very cold weather. Very friendly staff. Good for money. Perfect budget package for Changu and Nathula provided by the hotel. 7mins shortcut walk to MG ROAD.

Stayed in premium deluxe room. Stay was excellent and staff was cheerful and cooperative. Services offered were excellent. No mountain view from room. Only suite gets mountain/valley view. Food served was hygiene and good.

Spa Facility is closed. No breakfast buffet and a la carte menu is very limited. Food is tasteless. Rooms have no view. Over-hyped and Over Priced. Total waste of money.

Spacious ”

The rooms are little old but are spacious and decently priced. The only complaint I had was it shows very near to MG road on the map, but its not. This building is on a steep hill top. There are 100s of steps or multiple hike roads to reach the hotel.

Pathetic”

Initially they provided an incorrect small shady room, later when we told them the deluxe room which we booked have different photos while booking, then they gave us the correct room. The bedsheets were dirty, and bathroom was not properly maintained. Ask for any room service they take half hour to honour it. All the deluxe rooms are located down the hill and you have to walk around 2 floors down. Overall a pathetic experience for the price paid. I would recommend yangthang heritage for same price.

Sehr freundliches überwiegend weibliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück und Zimmer. Dicht an der Fußgängerzone und nicht weit zum Markt. Einziges Manko: Dusche hat erst einmal kein warmes Wasser.
