Best hotel with beautiful swiming and wonderful staff”
This hotel is so beautiful with super friendly staff. They are so helpful and so nice. They always want to make sure we had a comfortable stay at the Hotel😍. Breakfast is wonderful with a lot of choices, all fresh😬. I love the way they have someone stand right there and make fresh pancakes , crepes, etc… you have to come to try it yourself ! The swiming pool is great, it’s so beautiful, it’s a great place for swiming and taking pictures! And yes, i will be coming back and i would love to recommend….😍

Great launching pad for seeing Saigon”
This was our first time in Vietnam and we started our trip here. Great spot for walking or taxiing (if you don't want to brave the traffic) to all of the tourist sites. The rooftop pool is incredible. Really good gym with a good mix of cardio, free weights and machine weights. If you haven't been to Vietnam before, this a great little sanctuary to start your journey!

The best swimming pool ”
I had a wonderful experience at the La VeLa Hotel. The view of the Swimming pool was fantastic, it on the top of the building you can see over the city, the room very clean. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! One thing that I don't like was the elevator "Too slow" but will recommend to my colleagues.

Hotel is modern and clean. The room I got is small but it looks modern, bathroom is new. Love the seafood buffet and breakfast. Everything is perfect accept the elevator took so long. It’s understandable because they have many services there, guests came to casino, restaurants and the rooftop. I had a perfect stay! Highly recommended!

I stayed in HCMC for 4 days 3 nights. It's the best hotel among the 3 hotels. Whatever inside the hotel room looked clean and new. Infinity pool is spectacular. Location is good. I arranged it as my last night stay as it's nearer to airport. Will revisit the hotel if I travel to HCMC.

Fantastic hotel. When we first got to our room, it wasn't cleaned or ready despite checking in after check-in time but we told the front desk and they upgraded our room for free and gave us a fantastic room with a huge bed. Great service and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall 10/10 :)

The room is very clean and the view from the pool is stunning! Especially during sunset. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were almost nobody in the gym in the morning and towels and free water was provided.

Epic Views of Saigon”
La Vela is a very beautiful hotel. The infinite pool is large with cabanas. It is definitely worth the stay for the panoramic views. The breakfast food is excellent with a variety of western and eastern dishes. It also offers spectacular views while you eat. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Sam at the Concierge desk. They were happy to hold our luggage before check-in and after check-out. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great service, big and clean rooms, amazing views”
Travelled with a family group of 8 adults. The hotel is located in District 3 so getting to District 1 took about 15mins by car. Bellboy was great with our taxi request, front desk checkin was fast and the rooms were really big and clean. Highly recommended for folks to stay here. Stay was in Jan 2023. Cheers!

The hotel is as good as it gets in terms of amenities and location. The is generally helpful as well. However, if you are vegetarian, food is a big problem. Availability of vegetarian food is very limited. Expected better cuisine availability from a 5 star hotel. Not all the staff members are trained in English, we had difficulty communicating with kitchen staff in the restaurant.

Best hotel we stayed at in Saigon”
We stayed for two nights and the hotel was incredible. Super clean, great breakfast options and we especially loved lounging by the rooftop pool on a hot day. My gratitude also goes to La Vela’s Guest Relations Officer, Tuan, who not only helped us out with a call to a local hair salon that only spoke Vietnamese, but also offered options to help us when we were experiencing the delayed delivery of a business suit. His kind service has made our stay so much more enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to all travellers 100%.

Super comfortable beds Large bathroom but shower room was small Excellent breakfast buffet with a large variety of food Decent gym with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, one smith machine, no squat racks, battle ropes, yoga room.
