Wonderful small and intimate hotel with a very individual layout. Lovely rooms and pools, great staff. Super location in the middle of Sidi Bou Said with views down over the Med. Highly recommended if you have a few days in Tunis.

Lovely location”
Stayed with my adult daughter, so we chose to book room with the large bed. It was overlooking the pool. That was problematic because the kitchen staff, workmen and guests would walk by our windows often. We wanted to sleep with the windows open because the weather was spectacular (June) and we could hear the sea below. Because the foot traffic was so plentiful, that was not private. Other rooms wouldn't have had that issue. The staff was great. I can't say enough about them; they were helpful, pleasant and a delight to interact with. Restaurant is beautiful! Food good. Breakfast on the balcony (we didn't have one with our room- but most did) was a bit too sunny and very crowded. As we were leaving, the hotel was enclosing a space by the pool next to our room (there are 2 pools) to be used in future as a breakfast room. That will further reduce the desirability of the room that we booked because the limited view will be made more limited and increase the foot traffic.

Felt taken advantage of...”
Seriously - the location is fantastic, the room beautiful, and all that - expected of paying nearly 300 USD/night. However, I was so upset that they sent me a car at the airport, and charged me literally 10 times the normal charge for a car that broke down a few times on the way back. Their charge, to my credit card, was 155 Tunisian Dinar, and I only found out (thankfully before my return trip...) that the normal charge was 15. No one likes to feel taken advantage of. Breakfast (free), was a stale croissant, a hard boiled egg and horrid burnt coffee. You can't make coffee / tea in the room, there's no facility for it. The acoustics in my particular room were bad, so I heard everyone's conversations, children, cutlery. That being said, once again, the building is lovely, the location ideal, and if I didn't feel like a squeezed foreigner who had paid too much for everything, I'd rate the place much much higher!

A room with a view!!”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our room" suite Bellevue" was excellent with a large picture window overlooking the sea, v.comfortable bed and spcious well appointed bathroom. We did not get to eat in the restaurant due to other committments and it's being closed Sunday evenings but judging by the b/fasts it would have been good! We did however make use of the spa and were very pleased with the care we received. the only slight downside to the whole w/end was the location which is at the top of a fairly steep hill which for anyone with walking issues would create difficulties albeit surmountable by the use of taxis.however the superb views compensated for this slight inconvenience. Overall a most enjoyable w/end, attentive staff and a very good standard throughout.

I chose this hotel in hope that the last 2 days spent in Tunisia will become unforgettable and charming. Style of hotel and design of numbers, a location - everything disposed to it. However in number: a fungus on a wall and a 6-centimeter cockroach in shower; there is no information about the city in number; the bottle of shampoo used the day before wasn't removed and not replaced; a breakfast - poor continental; the next beach - 1200 m from hotel; pools - tiny and small (one - at restaurant, another - under windows of 2 numbers); it is difficult to drive up to hotel (on the one hand the road is often blocked by police, with another - repair work); delivery of baggage in number - not in rules of personnel. I tried to have supper at restaurant of hotel: I was refused as all tables are allegedly reserved. However within the next 2 hours ALL tables (except for one) were free. In response to the claims which arose for my part began to offer fruit and wine to hush up scandal. In a word, all for Tunisians and by the residual principle - for tourists. It is excessive to tell inflated prices and universal attempts to deceive the tourist - about it...

Quel beau boutique hôtel! ”
Nous avons séjourné fin mars dans ce charmant hôtel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans le style tunisien. Literie confortable, joli patio avec piscine devant notre chambre qui s’ouvre sur la mer. Et quel bonheur de prendre le petit déjeuner (très bon) sur le balcon-terrasse face à la mer! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la taille humaine de cet hôtel qui change des gros complexes de la côte tunisienne. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Situation parfaite dans Sidi Bou Said, légèrement à l’écart du centre animé en soirée. Nous reviendrons!

Personnelle très très aimable, d’un grand disponibilité, je dirais personnelle top. Le bémol c’e sue toutes les chambres ou suites( j’ changé trois fois ma suite) ont d’un façon ou autre très brouillant ( ca viens de l’exter ou encore on entend très fort le cuisine.. etc) mais l’endroit si on a pas peur dû rumeur ou on utilise de protection pour les oreilles cnest vraiment charmant

Das Hotel hat eine absolute Top Lage mit einer der besten Aussichten der Region. Zudem ist es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und ist auch abgesehen vom Preis weiter zu empfehlen. Wie es aber zu den 5 Sternen gekommen ist, ist mir aber unklar. Denn auf viele grundsätzliche Dinge wurde dann doch nicht geachtet: - Duschhlauch war sehr abgenutzt und bereits so undicht, dass das Wasser zu großen Teilen durch das Bad spritzte - Eine der zwei Klimaanlagen der zwei Schlafräume war defekt - Die Tür zur Terrasse ließ sich nur mit viel Geschick öffnen und schließen - der Safe war lose und nicht verschraubt - Der Abflussdeckel am Waschbecken funktionierte nicht - Es gab kein Föhn auf dem Zimmer - Das Badezimmer war sehr eng Letztendlich würde ich das Hotel aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen, auch wegen dem immer hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Personal Aber auch wegen dem wirklich idyllisch gelegenem Pool. Jedoch sollte man keine 5 Sterne erwarten und der Preis ist etwas zu hoch angesetzt.

Einzigartiger Blick! Preis ist aufgrund der Lage überdurchschnittlich ”
Die Villa ist klein (18 Zimmer) und dadurch familiär. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse zu frühstücken ist ein Traum!!! Ein einzigartiger Ausblick. Typisch Sidi Bou Said. Die Andalouse-Suite ist für bis zu 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet und inkl. kleiner Privat-Terrasse (innenliegend, ohne Ausblick-trotzdem schön). Einzig der Lärm vom Empfang hat uns gestört. Im Wohnzimmer haben zwei Personen geschlafen und waren über das klingelnde Empfangstelefon und die zu hörende Schritte sehr genervt.
