The c/in takes long. When i arrived in the hotel, the receptionist that time cant see my booking eventhough i showed him my confirmation #. I have friends also checking in earlier than me and they asked about my reservation, receptiontionist confirmed it. But that time i arrived, they cant see it. Buy they just give me the room key. When i entered the room, you can really see that the hotel is very old. I booked for 2pax, but the hotel only prepared 1 bath towel, not even a bath mat or hand towel, its only 1 bath towel!! There were no slippers prepared in the room. The bathroom is small and rusty. The pillows are very thin. They have a hair and body soap dispenser which is empty and a handwashing dispenser also empty, maybe its just a display only but they prepared shampoo bottles and soap. They have a restaurant in M floor, but there wes no menu in the room at all. If you want to c/in here, i can only suggest to bring your own cooking pots bc they have hot plate and also a kettle.

Checked in for 3 nights stay, on the very first night killed 1 cockroach in the living room, and 4 Bed bugs on the bed at 4am. When questioned the housekeeping lady the next day, she said that they don't do deep cleaning, just surface cleaning, and had no idea when was the pest control done. we had a room change the 2nd day. in the new room we had found 1 bed bug on the sofa, the second room was much cleaner and neater than the first room. we were told the manager will come to meet us but till checkout there was no visit from the manager, would not recommend this hotel to any one

even my reservation was confirmed, they holded me 30 minutes because of unprofessional staffing. dont look at the price, if you want a proper stay book somewhere else even if it will be 50 QR extra disaster property. NO hotwater... all things are 20 years old

One of the worst hotels ever ”
The housekeeping are probably not educated to differentiate floor rugs n hand towels. The room was run down. The location definitely not for families as it is in an industrial area. The reception is not knowledgeable about their city. The toilet bowl was detaching from the floor! Yikes!!! The shower curtain did little to prevent the water from wetting the whole bathroom floor. And if you’re a big person, you won’t be able to turn around without knocking on the tap jutting out from the shower wall cos it’s only a 2sq ft square shower area. Movement restricted. The kitchenette was not equipped at all n the surface look oily n sticky everyday n we didn’t cook at all or use it. A microwave was carried to the room when asked where’s the microwave which was supposed to be in the room. An iron was placed in our room without an ironing board when asked where’s the ironing facilities. During this World Cup season, for the hotel to collect so much money from the guests, they should be at least providing better quality basic services n hotel staff should have knowledge about their city. Because of this experience, we do not find this city worth returning to for holidays.

TV was not working telephone was not working. There was not toothpaste in washroom I request for that so it’s take 30 minutes to bring toothpaste my Bfast because cooled .
