Very Bad”
One of the worst places to spend a vacation ... The food is very, very bad .. little variety and poor quality..you have to stand in very long lines to get food due to the small number of the staff .. Restaurants very poor air conditioning. Reception bathrooms and public places are very, very bad .. The Animation team embarrass Gust for writing a good review on the hotel page. Most of the staff have a rude manner of dealing, especially mentioning Muhammad Awad in the reception: "Attitude is very bad. Beach lifeguards shout at Gust !! Beach restaurant chefs deal badly with foreigners. There is no cleaning of the rooms. It is the worst place ever .. من اسوء الاماكن التي يمكن قضاء الاجازه بها... الاكل سيء جدا جدا جدا جدا ..قليل التنوع و جودته سيئه..و تضطر للوقوف في طوابير طويله جدا للحصول علي الطعام بسبب قلة عدد الطاقم بشكل رهيب.. اي مكان هتروحه داخل الفندق سواء بار او مطعم هتكره حياتك عشان تاخد ال عايزه.. تكييف المطاعم سيء جدا جدا.. حمامات اللوبي و الاماكن العامه سيئه جدا جدا مفيش نضافه تماما.. ال Animation team بيحرجوا النزلاء عشان يكتبوا تقييم جيد علي صفحة الاوتيل..و اعتقد لولا هذا الاسلوب كنا هنجد الجميع مستاء.. اغلب ال staff اسلوبهم في التعامل وقح..واخص بالذكر محمد عوض في الرسيبشن اسلوبه سيء جدا..تحس انه بيعلمك الادب.. منقذين الشاطيء بيزعقوا لل Gust !! شيفات مطعم الشاطيء يتعاملوا مع الاجانب ب اسلوب سيء وتريقه !!! يعني القصه مش مصريين و اجانب..لا هما كارهين نفسهم اصلا.. لا يوجد نظافة للغرف.. اليوم الوحيد ال كان ممتاز كان في تقريبا حد من الاداره و تصوير وكان كل شيء ممتاز جداا لمدة يوم واحد فقط..ف ده دليل ان الاداره مش متابعه كويس.. انه المكان الاسوء علي الاطلاق..

Positives : The level of service is decent, the food items are good for breakfast and dinner, but the food needs renovation and variety, the large swimming pool is wonderful. Negatives : - The air conditioning in the reception hall is weak. Serving breakfast and lunch in the open beach restaurant is not comfortable at high temperatures and the air-conditioned area is small in the beach restaurant. The swimming pool that contains the bar is not clean and contains alcoholic materials.

Staff is often unfriendly and unwelcoming, seems to be the management's fault, food is diverse and delicious, rooms with pool view are better than the ones with the garden view in a couple of things, beach restaurant and the lobby do get really hot at noon but can be withstood in the spirit of a vacation, all in all good vacation

My experience in Labranda Royal Makady can be summarized as follows: The hotel's design and views are truly exceptional. I was captivated by the breathtaking blue water and lush green gardens that surrounded the property. The food at the hotel was of high quality, and the portion sizes were generous. However, I did notice that there could have been more variety in the types of dishes served on certain days. The staff, for the most part, showed professionalism and a cheerful behavior. However, there were some instances where a few staff members appeared sulky and unenthusiastic about their work. There were also times when it took multiple requests to receive service, especially on crowded days. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't provide the warm welcome I expected, and he didn't inform me about the available hotel facilities, WiFi access, or meal timings as I usually encounter in other places. On a positive note, the animation team at the hotel was incredibly talented, cheerful, and full of energy. They played a significant role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay. In conclusion, I genuinely enjoyed my time at this hotel and would recommend it to others. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of staff enthusiasm and responsiveness, as well as increasing the variety in the food offerings. If these aspects are addressed, I believe this hotel could become an even more outstanding destination.

Worst customer service ever”
Whenever I need some help, I was met with unfriendly border line rude staff that are not at all interested to help me. 1. When my transport arrived (which I booked together with my diving package), they wouldn’t let him in the gate unless the driver pays 100 egp. I asked the receptionist to let him in and met with so much resistance that I ended up walking that 13mins stretch every morning to the gate for my transport. 2. I needed a voucher to book for the restaurant which I was not given when I checked in. The guest relations just complained when I said that I didn’t get any voucher. She ended up giving 2 which the cleaner removed from my room the next day. 3. I want to book for the restaurant but I left the hotel already by 7.30am for the diving and the guest relations is open from 9am. The receptionist refused to take my booking. 4. I booked airport transfer who was apparently from a different company and therefore I couldn’t pay through the hotel. This airport transfer charged me 2,200 egp for 55 eur, which is supposed to be 1,850 egp. Make sure you bring cash! 5. As everyone wrote, the internet is very slow. They told me to buy a local sim card and tether to my laptop for internet. I am on holiday but I feel more stressed than at work to deal with these people everyday. I am sure this review will be replied with the standard text of “Thank you for choosing to stay… we will take serious action… bla bla bla”. I am staying for the next couple of days and I am intrigued if anything would happen. I don’t think so. I hope this review is helpful. If you just want an all inclusive hotel where you don’t do anything, then I suppose this is fine. But god forbid you ask for something, then it is pure hell.

Unfortunately, there is no snorkel place on the beach in front of the hotel. Maybe 15 minutes the Stella molo. There is no machine cola, everything has to be ordered individually, in many cases non-carbonated soft drinks. They charge extra money for the Uber car. If you go to the Club section, you can't drink for free. Few sunbeds by the pool, also on the beach, where you have to pay for many beds. If you wake up a little later, you can hardly find a bed. Rooms are old type but fine and clean. Excellent and abundant food. A wonderful garden. Free bottled water all day. Selective waste collection.

We stayed for 7 days. The hotel was good overall, although little rusty. Not as expensive at other places so its ok if you font need super luxury feel. Nice pool aand beach place. More variery in food could be appreciated.

food lets the hotel down only even with the 9 la cart restaurants not the best. IT more like 3 star been Egypt around 40 times my stay 21 day every time
