A cute house in Lampang”
Very cute house in Lampang, perfectly located to explore the city. The owner and her mother are absolutely lovely. I would note however than the walls are very thin, which makes it a bit difficult for couples to have intimacy I feel. But if it's only for a couple of nights, no issue :)

Okay wheelchair access”
Getting in the hotel requires going up a couple steps. Once inside it is pretty nice. There might be a small step down to get into the bathroom. Honestly can't remember. The room was spacious, but I don't believe there is an elevator. It's all run by an old woman and her family might help at times. Trying to do late check in isn't a good idea unless you get a confirmation from her beforehand.

More like a homestay. ”
I stayed 5 nights. The owner is adorable despite her english being very limited. Rooms are tidy although small. Mosquitoes in the room. Every day. What needs to be improved here is the breakfast. Very limited and the main dish always has meat (rice porridge with pork, chicken and rice, macaroni and sausage, sticky rice and pork in banana leaves). White sliced bread. There is a toaster, jam and marmalade. Cereals (Corn Flakes) also. Oranges every morning. Once there was also bananas and papaya. Not too many restaurants nearby. Free bicycles.

The room is nice and good decoration. Good location with some spot of parking on side. It like you stay at home. No lift , no staff to help iif you have a big suitcase but bag-packer it’s nice place for you. B’fast is bad we have been served by toast and sticky rice not value for b’fast

There are parking lots for 4-5 cars. Location is ok. Comfortable bed and pillow, staff is ok not that friendly. I would suggest new hotel near Central Plaza with proper breakfast about the same price.

Nice and friendly ”
Probably one of the best guesthouse in Lampang. The location is great: in walking distance to main attractions, quiet neighbourhood. The biggest room is nice and clean. Nevertheless, the bathroom could receive an upgrade. The walls are thin. You can hear other guests even they are not noisy. Only Thai TV is available. The breakfast is very simple: rice soup and muffin/cake, tea and instant coffee. No safety box in the room, but probably not necessary. The information regarding transportation to main attractions outside of Lampang and the costs could be improved and updated. Facilities: garden in front of the house with table and chairs and roseapple tree. Nevertheless, we had a great time in Lampang and Lada House.

The bathroom is super small”
Well, it's a beautiful house and that's all. The light isn't turn on in the public which makes the place looks so dark. We turn in on but somehow the staff turn off very soon which I don't understand why and it makes us feel not welcome here. . Btw, the breakfast is plain with few choices, we didn't feel full at that time and just went our for other food to eat. With the price, it's better to stay at another hostel, we will not choose here again.

Great Experience”
Lada House is as nice as the people who manage it! They welcomed and helped us in whatever we need and over. They let us use their bicycles, very convenient way to go around Lampang. Although breakfast was not included in the room, tea, coffe, toast and fruit were available in the morning. I can only recommend Lada House, I would go back there if I should visit Lampang again.

Very warm welcome house”
It was the first time in Lampang and I also traveled alone but I got very warm welcome from Grandma Lada, that was the great memory. I took the yummy breakfast, homemade bakery and sticky rice with bananas (don's miss sticky rice with bananas, I can confirm that it's hard to find the special sticky rice with bananas recipe like this in Thai market, it's totally different) . The location is good, easy to find but I felt a little bit scary when I walked back from the night market in late night because it's locate behind the temple. All staff were very helpful. I could rent a bicycle to travel around the city. However when I checked in and went into the room, I found that my rest room not much clean, have some hairs and flush toilet has a drop of yellow liquid, maybe I checked in very early, it was around 11 am, the maid might not have enough time to clean the room. I hope to stay there again in near future.

Really Nice House. Bed and Breakfast Style.”
Lada House is like you're staying in a house rather than a hotel as the name may suggest. Comin into the lobby is somewhat like walking into someone's living room, but in a nice welcoming way. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very nicely decorated with nice little touches like extra pillows and little owl ornaments. The location is close enough to town that you can walk to restaurants or markets. I will say the town is small and not always easy to find what you want or the transport you need but that is another story. The single downside to Lada House was the complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear the sound of TVs or conversations from other rooms or in the lobby as if they were in your room! Luckily for me, the other guests settled down for the night relatively early so this wasn't a major issue. Also, they provide some basic breakfast in the morning like a little bread, fruit, tea etc.. I reccomend the place and I would stay there again.

We booked this for our first visit to Lampang. The property looks good on the website and the real thing does not disappoint us a bit. The only drawback is the location. Despite being in the city center, it's a bit difficult to find and with all the one-way traffic in the city center missing it means a long detour. But, if you can operate on foot or on bike, this is ideal location.

Clean and friendly but overpriced”
This is a house which has been adapted to accommodate paying guests. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. The decor in the rooms is rather strange. Some walls are exposed concrete which has been varnished. The furniture is fairly minimal. There is a chair but no desk. There is one bedside table and a small table with a lamp. Besides the double bed and a coat stand, there is no other furniture. Every thing worked to my satisfaction, but there were no English language channels on the flatscreen TV. Toast and jam, some fruit and a hot drink are available free of charge at breakfast time. The guesthouse is located in a quiet lane in central Lampang. There are a small number of Asian food restaurants in the area, but only a few have English speaking staff. The staff at the guesthouse were very welcoming and friendly, but the building itself lacks warmth, although it is very clean and tidy. A number of bicycles are available for the use of guests free of charge. Comparing this guesthouse with other places I have stayed in Thailand, I believe it is over-priced.

Actually the place surprises you if you come in. The owner is an old lady and you don't expect such modern, renovated rooms. They are absolutly clean too. She speaks good englich and is very helpful, but for me it felt a little bit like disappointing your own grand-ma when sneaking in drunk at night.. If you have no problem with that and actually find a good reason to come to Lampang at all (I can't really think of one) this is the place to stay....

Peaceful, lovely and heartwarming place in the middle of Lampang”
Location: This place’s located in small alley next to the walking street (kad-kong-ta) and the fresh market (ta-lad-ted-sa-ban). It’s perfect location to travel to other tourist spots while still quiet and peaceful at night. Room: The house itself’s recently renovated so it’s super new and super clean. It contains only 6 rooms. The room has high ceiling so that you’ll feel very comfortable. Every room has its own toilet as well as hot shower. The mattress and blanket are very clean. The hair dryer’s also provided but you need to make a request from staff. In case you bring a car, there’re 3 lots available. The main gate will be locked after 10PM so it’s very secure. Staff: The owner of this place is 80 years old lady with very high service-minded. She can understand English well enough to communicate with foreigner. She can also give good recommendation if you don’t have traveling plan. In case you have special request, eg. vegetarian food, she can prepare and provide to you.
