Fantastic Accommodation”
Had to get some emergency accommodation as the place we booked through another group was filthy. When we arrived early they had our room ready and the manager was absolutely fantastic as well as all the staff we met. As we cater for ourselves we found the kitchen perfect and easy to use. Bed is very comfortable and shower good. I would recommend this place to everyone. Location near tube, supermarket and restaurants. The only criticism is the need tongs in kitchen for us cooks😁. Thanks LAK for a great experience.

Very badly managed service apartment not good value for money”
We booked the Deluxe boutique room for 7 nights and was gaven the lower rate, boutique room, for two nights without telling us it was not the room we booked. I was too tired after a long flight to think they would do such thing, deliberate or not, there was no compensation or mere words aplology for the mistake they made. There was no cleaning for the first two nights and the bed sheets smell like sweat, and the Management hardly care what’s happened gaven the situation. (I found out later that we were checked in by a staff who no longer worked there). . Over all very bad experience, I don’t recommend staying here. The location is good yet there are so many other hotels and service apartments near by, why choose something might make your whole trip and holiday a nightmare.

Love The Apartment”
My family and I stayed in this apartment for 10 nights. We really enjoyed our stay since the time we arrived until check out time, We were greeted by Bia (I hope I spell her name correctly) when we checked in at 11pm. She was very helpful, friendly and informative. The apartment itself located in a very strategic location. Walking distance to Gloucester tube station and close to few bus stops as well. In addition to that, the apartment is also surrounded by stores and restaurants. We are also very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will definitely stay in this apartment again if we are coming to London in the future.

Right from making the booking online, I have always been looked after by LAK apartments. Very professional pleasant staff at all levels, everything so clean and tidy, location is great, you only have to ask and you will receive from the staff. The other clientele were very nice. I asked for a back room so it was quiet and it was. Highly recommend.

한달 숙박했는데 좋았어요”
한달살이를 하기 위해서 고른 숙소였어요. 아고다 리뷰가 너무 없어서 고민 많이 하다가 결정했는데 여러가지로 괜찮았던 것 같아요. 1. 가전용품 아이 데리고 장기여행이라 세탁, 키친이 제일 중요했는데 작동도 잘 되고 주방용품들도 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 2. 직원들 딱히 큰 요청사항은 없었지만 작은 요청사항들은 대부분 들어주신 것 같아요. 왓츠앱으로 소통한댔는데 메시지는 답장이 없고 전화응대는 빠른편이었어요. 3. 치안 동네 자체가 안전한 편이고 글로스터역에서 큰 마트 지나자마자 바로 보여서 안전한 것 같아요. 4. 위치 글로스터역 3분컷이라 지하철 이용하는 분들은 강추에요. 저희는 버스 여행을 선호하는데 버스 노선이 거의 없어서 사우스 켄싱턴까지 걸어가서 탄 적도 있고 환승해서 다닌적도 많아요. 5. 편의시설 글로스터 역에 내리자마자 테스코익스프레스, 웨이트로즈가 있고, 7~8분 거리에 세인즈버리가 있는데 세인즈버리가 제일 종류도 많고 훨씬 저렴했어요. 6. 숙소 시설 와이파이 잘터짐 도어락 편리함 세탁기, 식세기, 하이라이트(인덕션 아님) 작동 잘되고 냉장고는 작고 온도조절이 어렵지만 나쁘지 않았어요. 7. 어메니티 처음 1회분 제공 받고 저희껀 요청 드리지 않았고, 화장지는 2개만 제공이랬는데 장기여행인점 감안해주셔서 더 받아서 썼어요. 식세기 세제, 빨래 세제도 챙겨가거나 구입해서 쓰셔야해요. 8. 하우스키핑 서비스 쓰레기통은 기본적으로 매일 갈아주시고 전체 청소는 주2회 제공 되었는데 요일이 정해진것 같지는 않아요. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

1. 가격대비 만족도: 비교적 촉박하게 예약했지만 런던의 일반적인 호텔보다 비싸지 않았습니다. 가격대비 만족도가 매우 높았습니다. 주방이 딸린 거실도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2. 위치: gloucester 언더그라운드 역에서 걸어서 2분 정도 걸립니다. 언더그라운드 역에 waitrose가 있어 너무 편리했습니다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 sainsbury도 있습니다. V&A museum, Harrods 등이 1-2 정거장 내에 있어 편리합니다. 3. 숙소 위생 상태: 매우 깔끔합니다. 매일 휴지통을 비워주고, 주1회(월요일) 대청소를 합니다. 그 외 머무는 기간 동안 세탁기를 이용해서 수건을 빨아서 써야합니다. 식기세척기를 이용하셔서 설거지를 할 수 있습니다. 4. 직원 태도: 매우 친절합니다. 특히 저의 경우 기본적으로 제공되는 수건, 식기세척기/세탁기용 세제, 샴푸/린스, 바디워시보다 더 많은 양을 주셔서 8박 동안 충분히 사용할 수 있었습니다. 5. 숙소 편의/부대시설: 개별적으로 온도조절을 할 수 있고, 온수가 잘 나옵니다. 조리도구와 식기가 준비돼있지만 요리에 필요한 기본적인 소금, 설탕, 기름 등은 없습니다.

非常好的入住体验”
无论是地段、设施、服务都不错，一房一厅，房间和客厅都有门，是互相独立的空间，入住四个晚上是不提供搞卫生服务的，客厅沙发都很舒服，很干净，离地铁非常近，很安静，可以住三人，唯一的问题是房间的暖气无法很好调整温度，热的不行，影响睡眠质量。
