Lovely hotel with hillside view”
The room is very spacious and with balcony. The hillside view is very beautiful and good for relaxing. Many parking spaces near the hotel. Very quite atmosphere and nearby few theme park in jeju island. This hotel is situated about 1 hour from the airport.

Excellent hotel for a getaway”
The hotel receptionist were very polite and helpful. The service was okay and reliable. Very beautiful hotel with great view of the mountainous scenery. Quite far from the city but reachable by taxi. Close to many tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable with kitchen provided. At the lobby can buy souvenirs and products of Jeju but a bit pricey though. Overall this is a very nice hotel and with peaceful surroundings would definitely be a big advantage.

Awesome hotel ”
I like this hotel and highly recommend! There are two bedrooms. One of them is provided a bed with window view. Another one is in Korean bedroom setting with no bed in it: 2 pillows and blankets for 2 guests. It is comfortable and relaxing to see a grass field in the balcony. There is a staff who speaks fluent English to provide assistance at the reception desk. The hotel is far from the city. It is better to choose this hotel if you drive in Jeju.

located neat the Jungmun Resort Complex area. Need probably a 10mins drive down over there. rooms are super big. free parking at the hotel no wifi. Will need about 1hr and 15mins drive to Sunrise Peak.

Golf resort type hotel, good option for family”
the location is not that great but if you stay in jeju, you just ask the front office to call a cab and within 10 minutes you can travel where ever you want. Close to jungmoon resort where you can find plenty of restaurant about 10 mins by cab from the hotel. I'm happy stay in this hotel with family. The room is big, clean, bathroom very nice with complete amenities. If you want to cook just buy some raw foods in the grocery nearby and cook inside (hotel provide you with basic utensil). Don't expect the receptionist understand english, but this is common problem in Korea. English is not widely spoken.

Big and comfortable room”
This is a golf hotel/resort that offers a big room for comfortable living. Cooking facilities are available with utensils provided. The only bad thing is that it is far from attraction areas but you can ask the receptionist to call in a taxi for you. Washing machines and dryers are available at cheap price of 2000 Won. There is no restaurants nearby. One good way is to take a bus to Jungmun Resort for only 1000 Won and you can buy some stuffs from a supermarket and do your own cooking in the resort. This can be very enjoyable. Internet is not available in room. Although it was stated that LAN is available, it doesn't work.

Generally the stay has been good as this resort provides service apartment style living, ie multiple rooms within a room. Location is not bad, but need transport to get to location. Most of the popular tourist spots are around this resort.

Big and Comfortable Hotel ”
This hotel is very good, the room size is big, very comfortable, but the customer service is not as good as expected. Their English is not good, can't communicate with the clients. I tried to call the front desk, but they didnt get my meaning and i need to write for them. The environment of hotel is quite good, quiet, big, let me feel comfortable. They provide computers in the lobby for customers. If you want to stay there, i suggested you to drive there as it takes 30 minutes from the resort to town center.

Adequate but 6km from centre of resort.”
When there is a big conference on you can't be too choosy in Seogwipo. Lakes Hills is fine, but not exactly good value. Important to get name and address of hotel in Korean as it is not known to all taxi-drivers. Taxis are however cheap. Breakfast is grim. Rooms at front have much nicer views than those at the back

Big bedroom and dining room, good for family”
I booked a Suite twin room for 2 persons. It has a bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen and bath. It's so spacious! The deco is a little bit old but clean. The aircon is a bit weak but we don't know how to adjust it with a Korean remote. Staff speaks English and willing to help. Room price is reasonable.

the room is really big. it contains a living room, kitchen and your bedroom. kitchen are equipped well to make your own meals. however there is no wifi in the hotel.

Great size room”
We had our GPS to guide us to the resort. It's not near to anywhere. You need to drive out to get some food. The room size were huge and come with a mini kitchen. Toilet design were a bit out dated but overall the room and bathroom were clean. Free wifi only at the lobby but you can request a LAN cable from the hotel if you bring your laptop (It's Free)

Ideal for Golfers”
Even though the fittings of the hotel and rooms are of high quality, the furnishings lack maintainence. Very dissappointed that a 4-star rating hotel gave for the 4 of us only 1(one) bath towel and 4 hand towels to share between us. A lot of the fittings and fixtures need maintainence. Eg. missing grouting between bathtub and surrounding tiling. peeling plywood from bathroom doors. I am not a golfer, but from my observation it seems to be ppopular for clients who want to play golf.

room facing the moutain...spacious room and the whole stay is very relaxing. one bad thing is the hotel staff doesnt really know how to speak english, so hard to communicate when we wanted to go to the tourist attraction. Other than that we love the hotel.

Great hotel but far from shopping complex”
The hotel room is nice and clean but far from the main road, 5 minutes walks. Hotel guys speak little English, but they are happy to help you i.e. calling a taxi. You have to step out side the room to use wifi.

Nice hotel with spacious room”
very quiet, suitable for honeymoon couple but unsuitable for traveller who don't have transport. slightly far from any restaurant etc and the only way to go is by using taxi.travelling by bus is ok but you have to walk +- 10min to the nearest bus stop

1 bed for 2 bedroom suite”
Very poor maintenance in the suite. 2 bedroom suite but only one double bed. Children slept on the floor. Second bedroom was a emptied room with air con. Not suitable for more than 2 people. No bath gel. Only soap was provided
