Liked the home, it was a newer home and had amenities one is looking for.

The overall booking of the home was not the easiest. I have used other rental homes in the area and let me say the airport was about an hour or hour and a half away not close at all. Home was at least 40-50 minutes from disney not at all what I expected off of the posting, the posting times were for the closer cities not the farthest one which was the one I was randomly given. (Which I did not find out until the day before after I reached out to them for info regarding Check-in, other homes usually give me information a week before on checkin instructions.) Upon arrival the garbage bin was over packed so the entire stay we had to keep trash inside the house until we saw other neighbors take out there bins we pulled ours out. (Some communication on when garbage day is would have been nice so we could have been made aware as again we were staying with trash in the house because of the overfilled trash can) The home lacked some common supplies one would expect when staying somewhere, as we flew in we did not have sponges, detergent, or cleaning supplies. as we checked out we saw the home wanted us to wash the towels which again they did not supply any detergent or a small sample size detergent for that to happen we had to go out of our way to purchase a small detergent bottle just to do their towels as we did not plan to do any laundry there during our stay. Communication via booking was ignored or forgot, asked to heat pool and that request was ignored so we were unable to enjoy the pool. Overall was not a fan of the communication of the company, the non-existent welcome pack of supplies or instructions on their expectations, and the location was just not what we expected as we were not given a choice or even realized the home we were given was going to be so far away from the airport and all parks until I reached out the day before multiple times via phone until I finally got in touch with someone. Also felt like we were monitored as they had a doorbell camera.

The house is a good house, a big house, it has lots of kitchen utensils, towels, sheets and much more.

unfortunately the cleaning of the house left something to be desired. We need to wash all the sheets on the beds because they had a bad smell (it looked like they hadn't been washed or changed for clean ones). The owner's delay in responding, this is not good.

This place is not the place that was on the brochures or that was on your website on your page that house is nothing or nothing like the pictures you advertised on the page the bathrooms tubs and toilets was nasty there was a big hornet wasps nest at the front door where the walls and swamped down on me lucky I didn't get stung the kitchen was nice the refrigerator got tape holding up things in it the closet doors in the bathrooms was knocked down the blinds in the master bedroom was hold up by tape there wasn't no game room there wasn't nothing in the garage but people personal stuff the couches was nasty the floor was nasty the whole house was nasty and it smelled like the house was mildew like it was water in there or something it smelled it mildew when you walk in we called y'all immediately and didn't want it that place but y'all told us to stay the night there and you was going to solve the issue in the morning we had to leave that place in the morning and go pay for another place book somewhere else yo can you help me with a full refund I am never using this booking website again

I didn't like nothing at all I don't have nothing to good to say about that place I want a full refund I don't like nothing the place was nasty horrible bad customer service nobody works on the weekend how can you talk to somebody they rent you something or book you something and you can't talk to them until the weekend to the week weekday not on the weekends that place is bad for your business cuz I am not booking with you all if I can't get a refund back no more that was bad business make booking.com look bad

The pool was dirty but big. we had big space .

I loved the house the location was perfect the beds was comfortable

There was bugs downstairs and two of my family members cars got towed and two cars got tickets the contract that the guards gave me for parking states 6 cars per home my contract doesn’t state anything about u can’t park on the street or driveway blocking walk way if u have 19 ppl listed for the home coming from another state driving and flying I dnt know how u would expect on 2 cars with 19 ppl it cost my family a lot of $$$$ and time spent off of our vacation nobody has got back to me on this matter at all. They just left it as my problem when I tryed to ask questions with the guard because it was 3am the second night there when this happened to all my family cars rental from the airport at that and one out of state car and one Florida resident nobody has contacted me the guard it was his third day he has no answer for us on where to park our cars so the next day woke up to two more tickets because the guard couldn’t tell us where to park so we parked in the driveway 4 cars blocking the walkway so two cars got tickets after two cars got towed this was a mess it destroyed my family trip

Good size property. Nice pool. Not too far (25 mins) from Disney parks.

Would have liked slightly larger towels and more of them. Both shower heads were fierce to the point of being painful. Would have like to be able to adjust them to a gentle setting.

The rooms were comfortable we felt like we were home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped my wife liked it. The pool was Awesome we spent more time in the pool than in the room!😊 We felt safe in the vacation home and we loved the location.

We were a bit disappointed 😔 our vacation home was not ready for us when we arrived. We were a little disappointed that there no game room with ping pong 🏓 and pool table in it. We would’ve happily paid extra for a pool table.

The neighbor next door made our trip not enjoyable. if you have kids and they want to get in the pool and play games this home is not for you. Tue house is more so for older adults with babies. The master bedroom bed squeaked the whole time even when you are just sitting on it.

When I arrived on my first day after traveling all day, I couldn’t get into my vacation home( the door code wouldn’t work), i wasn’t provided a number to contact anyone about help to get in my home. After standing there waiting almost a hour i was finally contacted back on my phone with a code for the lock box… I finally get in the house it’s not what I paid for, I booked 2 five bedroom homes with a grill and pool; one of my homes only had 3 bedrooms no grill; my second home only had 4 bedrooms we also found a lizard in the bathroom of that home when we arrived… I tried to contact someone on this problem when I first checked but no one would answer or email me back.. I would like to get this resolved the property is really nice, but my stay there wasn’t great because what I paid for isn’t what I received.. if someone could give me a call at 205-527-5788 to resolve this problem

i loved the pool and the layout of the homes ! very nice and clean. Walmart right around the corner.

It was far from the attractions so had to drive a good ways to go to animal kingdom and other attractions

The neighborhood was quiet. The facilities were great. Spacious rooms.

A king-sized bed in the Master suite would have been preferred.
