Royal, Awesome, Wonderful, Beautiful, Mind blowing Stay”
It was an awesome stay @ this hotel. Location is just fabulous just beside Lake Pichola, specially the lobby beside the lake is just fabulous...I can spend the entire day over there just by sitting in the marble sofa with beautiful cushions by the lake.... breakfast was awesome....all the staffs are so well behaved specially the manager Yogendar Ji who helped me in all possible way he can as I was a solo traveller. Hospitality of this hotel is wonderful. Rooftop restaurant is just a "big wow", splendid candle light dinner with melodious sound of live Bansuri. Rooms are very big with very old wooden decorative furnitures. Rooms and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Room service is also very good. Just one thing that need to be improved is the food quality and the price of the food is bit higher. Beside this everything was wonderful!! You will have feeling of Royal Stay in this hotel. Needless to mention the mind blowing sunset boat ride organized by the hotel. I just loved it and again I would love to stay in this hotel whenever I visit Udaipur.

Wonderful experience”
I was at Lake Pichola hotel for three nights recently. Just a fabulous experience - clean, good service, extremely helpful and cordial staff, good breakfast. I could go on and on. The hotel has some quaint quirks - the alleys leading up to the hotel are narrow (old town), so one can either ask for a motor boat to pick you up at their private jetty at a place called Dudh Thalai, or by an e-rickshaw at a gate called Amba Pole. The boat option is wonderful and adds to the delightful experience of our stay at Lake Pichola hotel. It was not a hassle at all since I knew the option ahead, and they are very good about the pick up and drop offs as needed. We had a room overlooking the lake. The balcony was such a nice add-on. I would definitely recommend the lake-view room, although the inner courtyards are wonderful too. The real highlight at the hotel are the wonderful and cordial staff whether at the restaurant, room service, reception desk or boats. They never turned down any request and were most helpful in matters small and big. I would go back to this hotel in a jiffy if I had the chance again. They were great in all ways.

One of the best hotels in udaipur ”
Times are tough during the pandemic, so when I travelled to udaipur I was looking for a hotel with a beautiful view with an intention to spend most of my time at the hotel only. Lake pichola hotel was one of the best choice I made .. The rooms were clean and spacious with all modern amenities, kettle , hot n cold water wardrobe, bath tub .. the best part was the balcony with 2 cane comfortable chairs overlooking the beautiful city palace and lake pichola... even if you are in the comfort of your room , you can have the luxury of a stunning view right from your bed. We came here in Nov 2020 n there was curfew applicable after 8pm. So restaurants were shut .. well we were extremely lucky as their in-house restaurant 'upre' was extremely scenic , with a traditional vibe and lip-smacking food.. its open air with floor seating or you can take a private Canopy as well. Soothing Indian flute being played in the background and outstanding lit up views of the lake and city palace... it was a delightful sight to be there .

Great service and location”
The hotel sits on lake pichola and so you get a great view of the lake. The staff is super nice and let us check in early and even gave us a room to rest after we had checked out so we could spend our 3 hrs of wait time comfortably. The restaurant upstairs called Upre has great views and good food as well. Reserve a table next to lake for views if the city palace. The city palace and bagore ki haveli is right across the lake and is a short walk though a pedestrian bridge. The hotel is not accessible by car between 9 am and 9 pm but call the hotel and they will send a rickshaw. Overall great place to stay if you are in Udaipur

Excellent Hotel”
A true example of excellent hospitality! Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people here are incredibly helpful and generous.They go above and beyond to make sure you have a best time. Upre restaurant is the best one with a delicious food. Special thanks to Mr. Yudhishthir (Operations Manager) for such a great service. Must say Mr. Yudhishthir is a credit to your organization. Overall had a lovely experience and would definitely come back here and recommend others to surely try this hotel in Udaipur.

Beautiful Hotel. Helpful & Courteous Staff.”
We had a pleasant stay at the Lake Pichola Hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. The view of the lake from the room was pretty. The hotel is located near the center of the old city. Attractions like the City Palace and the Jagdish Temple are at a walking distance from the hotel. There are tons of good restaurants nearby. The hotel's rooftop restaurant, 'Upre', offers great food and spectacular views. Ambrai, another highly rated restaurant is at a walking distance. Above all, our stay was made delightful by the members of the hotel staff.

Excellent experience ”
We got only 1 night booking out of 4 nights we stayed at Udaipur despite booking 1-2 weeks in advance. And we came to know why-after staying there. Everything from pickup at Ambamata temple to drop at their jetty was professional. On seeing kids are there, they upgraded us to Suite room from Deluxe Lake Facing room. (It requires good heart to give free upgrade, even if you have rooms empty- here they were almost full, but they noticed). We didn't book from their travel desk, but enquired, their rates were as if we are directly booking from car owner. It seems they don't charge for facilitating travel to their guests. For 1 full day, they offered almost 1,000 less than what was offered by other hotel we stayed, such was the difference. Experience at Upre was as expected, excellent. The ambience, the service, polite behavior, food taste Everything was good. Some may feel slightly overpriced, but considering the overall experience, I would definitely recommend at least 1 dinner at Upre. Overall, will give 5/5 to Hotel Lake pichola..

Wonderful hotel with great lake view”
Great hotel in perfect location, within few minutes walk from a number of famous restaurants and attractions. Rooms with beautiful view to lake Pichola and Udaipur city palace. Our room was clean and well equipped. Management was kind enough to offer us to check in at 7 in the morning, however we preferred room with balcony so we waited until noon. ground floor Maharana restaurant is very well decor and provide good food at a decent cost. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Haveli with Excellent location”
Nice Haveli with excellent location, just 100 mts away from Ambrai Ghat. Property is well maintained with all amenities having traditional touch. It’s at walking distance to Bagore ki haveli, jagdish temple, bada bazaar, bapu market etc. property is just on the shore of lake so it gives Marvelous view anytime of the day. Reaching this by car is little difficult but one can call their vehicle for transportation from Amba hi temple or Chand Pole bridge.

We were here only for a night at this hotel. I felt welcomed with the ambience, staff,positive vibes around... Sleep quality was really good...they charged for an upgrade to the lake view room...it was worth the price The breakfast had a decent spread The room was clean n had a good decor Loved the situp next to the lake... Tired of the 2020 monotonicity, my partner and I decided to take a break and visit Rajasthan. Upon planning, we came across this extremely beautiful stay through social media. We immediately decided to go for Lake Pichola. However, little did I know that this will turn into the most important turnaround for our life. Yudhishthir, the event planner at Lake Pichola helped my partner plan the most beautiful proposal. It was the most perfect romantic day. Beautiful boat ride, sunsets, delicious dinner, the most amazing lake view and ofcourse the proposal. It is one of the best hotel in Udaipur.The tariff is also quite reasonable for such a class hotel.The staff was very cooperative and made us feel very comfortable and their service was too quick. The scenic view from the hotel is awesome. I rate 10 out of 10 for this hotel and recommend this hotel.

I don't believe that there could be any other Hotel with balcony n best view of the City Palace n Bagore ki Haveli around Lake Pichola. Jagdish Temple is just across with majestic view. Outer walls of this hotel are painted so well that they outstand in the crowd of several hotels around lake. Very reasonably priced rooms and Roof Top dinning is an experience in itself. To summarise our stay in one word - would like to visit Udaipur again and again to enjoy the location and hospitality of this Great Hotel!!!

River view gem on Lake Pichola ”
Beautiful views from our 2nd story room were matched only by the kind staff who were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a bit challenging to access via taxi, I advise you to organize transport or switch to an auto rickshaw to arrive at the hotel as my Uber car wouldn’t drive down the narrow road. We loved our stay, the restaurant was great, and my mom loved the subset boat tour that the hotel operated. Thanks to the staff of Lake Pichola hotel for a great stay!

* Great Lake View * Nice Interior(Haveli) decor. Everytime we entered, my 2 year old daughter said 'WOW' * The staff was very hospitable. The special requests made for baby were very well entertained. * Nice rooftop restaurant(UPRE) with a beautiful view of the city * Great pickup and drop facility by boat(chargeable) * The ambience, market and the nearby locations are well in reach. * My daughter lost her little rabbit toy there. They sent it through courier.

Comfortable and relaxing”
The hotel is in an excellent location right on Lake Pichola. A short 5 minute walk gets you to the old town, and the main shopping area. The staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the restaurant is excellent.

Experience with this hotel was excellent. We stayed in an lake facing room and the view of the lake Pichola lake were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service along with soothing live music. I must say it was an ethereal experience for us . Stunning Look and Hospitable staff”
A gorgeous hotel, nicely curated and very hospitable staff. I with my wife booked this hotel for 1 day with lake view. The hotel is well maintained, attention is kept on minute details. Lobby is amazing. This hotel is situated on chandpole side of lake and offers views as if you were in Venice. The evening lighting lights up the grandeur and it looks like a castle of the west. Checkin Time is 2 PM which I feel is a bit late as most flights reach udaipur in morning and guests have to wait a lot for checkin. Breakfast quality can be improved. Options are huge which are amazing but I found Poha & Sambhar to be not at par. The main reason for booking this hotel was hotel's boat ride at evening. However I came to know at the time of my stay that Government are not renewing their licenses so boat rides are suspended for unkown period for all hotels. So I was a little disappointed. The hotel itself looks so beautiful that I loved sitting at bagore ghat and keep looking at it. However the view balcony across the lake isn't worthwhile. There is no fault of hotel in this. Mornings have direct sun in balcony so it is recommended to enjoy evening in the balcony. There is a restaurant by the name Upre at the terrace. I had late lunch due to late checkin timing therefore I was full for dinner. I didn't try.
