The holiday park is currently under going some redevelopment - we are creating some great new spaces, a new playground area and making access around the holiday park a whole lot easier. There is also construction going on outside the boundaries of the holiday park in preparation for the new subdivision of Station Bay.

We had one of the family kiwi baches looking out over the lake. Wonderful accommodation, clean and modern with everything we needed for the night. Great location and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great location, just in front of the Tekapo lake. We stayed at motel unit with beautiful scenery. The unit is clean and comfy, we had a wonderful stay.

Brilliant view to face the lake. Walk distance to Good Shepherd Church, Four Square Supermarket. Inside is still looking new and kitchen is good. Very good to location and money wise. Only not good enough is that mobile signal is very weak for 2degree. Wifi data is very limited: 1G for 7 days. The bulk bed is too low and not good for older children.

Beautiful location ”

Wifi was no existence in our cabin over looking the lake. The rest of our stay was fantastic great location great cabin. Lupins are spectacular with the back drop of the mountains & lake.

Room with lake tekapo view”

The view from our bed is spectacular and unblocked view of lake telapo but as it’s located beside the bbq pit and kitchen, its rather noisy. I guess we cant have the best of both world. Will stay again.

Lake Tekapo”

Good Location and very tidy cabin. The cabin package suppose to provide Wifi connections however VERY POOR, POOR wifi connection inside the cabin and the kitchen area. Maximum connectivity time is 2 seconds only and signal disappears.

Best holiday park EVER!! ”

My husband and I both agree this is the best holiday/ caravan park we have ever stayed at. Other than our stay in Milford Sound, our stay at Lake Tekapo was our favourite during our travels in the South Island. The studio room was clean, good size & what a beautiful view of the water! Close walk to the hot spring & we loved the ducks on the grass out the front. We will be back !!

Great Place to Stay”

My ife and I really enjoyed the Lake Tekapo Motel. The room was great and very clean. The view from the front of the room looked right up the lake. It was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer.
