Great location, next to Vi Hoang Lake. Room is clean even though we would prefer one with some natural light (window). Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Will come back.

Good point: At city center. No good points: - Ground floor is for parking, reception desk is at 1st floor, so you have to take lift to the counter to check in. - Nobody help to bring lugguage. - I stayed with my wife and 2 kids, i requested 2 beds but they gave us 1 small bed. - Assembled quadrant shower room has no place to put shampoo. - Ok breakfast but seem they wanted to save cost and didn't turn on airconditioner there. - Staffs had weak skill communicating with guess like they haven't been trained. Overall, i will rate the poor service and poor room design. The only good thing is at the center.

Ưu điểm: sạch sẽ. Yên tĩnh. Phía trước ks là công viên bờ hồ có thể đi dạo. Trang bị hiện đại, như đèn hành lang cảm ứng. Cửa từ...... Nhược điểm: trong phòng có duy nhất 1 ổ cấm điện để cắm tủ lạnh. Dùng tủ lạnh thì ko dùng cho việc khác như sạc pin dt laptop vv. Khá bất tiện. Liên hệ tiếp tân cũng không có phương án giải quyết. Thiết nghĩ nếu khách sạn đã đầu tư bao nhiêu thiết bị hiện đại trong ks không lẽ không trang bị được một số ổ cắm di dộng cho khách hàng.
