Great place to stay for cheap, with a very friendly owner and good staff. Can’t go wrong with the price. Around a 6-minute walk to a bus stop to reach the old quarter. Walking distance or accessible by bus to many of the popular sightseeing spots. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful location right on the waterside, the area feels more local not at all touristy. Mrs Tam was really helpful in recommending places to eat and also helped us arrange an amazing trip to Ha Long bay at a very good price. The room was quite basic but had everything that you would need, good Aircon and not too noisy! Our only peice of feedback would be that we felt we wanted to use our own bedding as not everything was particularly clean.

TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE Pourtant nous sommes assez tolérants et je n’ai jamais mis de commentaire si negatif mais je veux eviter que d’autres se fassent pieger par la location via agoda de cet lakeside hotel - Hotel fermé a notre arrivee vers 15h - le tel Affiché sur agoda et leur facade hotel ne fonctionne pas - en guise de bienvenue on vous fait payez votre sejour sans autre mot d’accueil - l’hotel restera desert…. Le personnel au guichet est absent sur les 2 jours de sejour - si vous oubliez votre code vous restez dehors - chambre sale, draps avec poils et cheveux Heureusement on avait le stock devant la porte de chambre - notre chambre bon prix etait sans fenetre JE DECONSEILLE CET HOTEL en plus le quartier avec ruelles sombres n’est pas rassurant Le mieux est de faire votre experience

Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Altstadt an einem süßen See. Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen, weil wir noch andere Seiten Hanois kennenlernen durften. Leider hat das Zimmer kein Fenster (was nirgendwo ersichtlich ist). Es gibt kein Duschgel/Shampoo/Seife. Das Bett ist bequem. Der Mensch, der abends das Haus "bewacht" ist unfassbar unhöflich!!!!! Ich habe ihn um ein Messer gebeten (ich wusste nicht, ob meine Pizza geschnitten war) und er versuchte nicht einmal, mir zuzuhören und wimmelte mich sofort unhöflich mit wildem Gestikulieren und bösem Gesichtsausdruck ab!!!!!

ホーチミン廟の近く、レイクというか大きめの池のほとりにあります。道沿いから少し中に入るので、最初行く時だけ苦労しました。が、一度場所が分かれば、レイクという何よりの目印があるため迷うことはないでしょう。 到着時には、フロントにスタッフはいませんでしたが、他の宿泊者が上階にいるも教えてくれたので、無事にチェックイン。支払いも同時に済ませます。2泊でおよそ1000円でした。 4階建の建物で、4階の四人部屋に宿泊しました。窓はなし、シャワールーム付き、洗濯機なし、ドライヤーなし、広さ的には十分です。 部屋の清掃は、従業員の方がせっせと行っているのを何度か見かけたので、床は綺麗ですし、ゴミも溜まっていません。 水回りも想像していたより綺麗でした。 敷いてあるシーツも清潔、バスタオルは染みがあるもののいい匂いがして清潔。畳んであった掛け布団からは、女性の長い髪の毛が出てきましたが、そんなもんでしょう。 ナイトクラブで飲んで夜中の2時くらいに戻ると、建物のシャッターが降りていて絶望しかけましたが、シャッター横にあるチャイムのようなボタンを押しまくっていると5分ほどでシャッターが上がりました。まじで焦りました笑 今はハイフォンにいますが、数日でハノイに戻るので、またこのゲストハウスを利用する予定です。 トータルして、日本人でも泊まりやすい。おすすめできるゲストハウスです。

일반적인 게스트하우스가 아닌 실 거주 전용 호스텔입니다 정말 깨끗합니다 신발을 벗고다녀도 될 만큼!! 조용하고 차분한 숙소 그리고 벽에 그려진 그림들은 최고였습니다. 창문은 없지만 그림이 창문을 대신해주니 문제없습니다. 친절한 젊은 호스트와 약간 화가나있는 중년의 호스트는 정말 친절합니다. 추천 추천!!

첫날 도미토리 예약후 갔는데 풀 부킹이라서 무료로 일인실로 업그레이드 해주셨어요 ! 너무 피곤했는데 감사히 너무 푹 쉬었습니다. 직원분들 다들 너무 친절하시고 다정 했어요. 다만 두째날 도미토리룸 으로 옮겼는데 벙커배드룸이 아니라 싱글배드 3개 있었어요. 가운데 침대에 낑겨서 매우 민망 했어요. 제일 저렴한 방은 싱글배드 도미토리일 수 있다는점! 그래도 시설은 깔끔했고 편했어요! 호숫가 근처라 분위기도 좋았구요!
