Great hotel with a really cool location! Has a really sweet little outdoor Japanese style bath with a view of the mountain. Room had a perfect view of the mountain and was a good size. I would highly recommend this place and I am defiantly going to stay there on my next trip to Fuji. My only negative was I wish the beer vending machine was closer to the bath house.

We booked japanese style room (futon) and it is very clean and comfort. Anyway, if staffs can prepare futon for us, it would be great because we are not sure how to do it properly.

Disappointed hotel”
It is not a 4 stars hotel, it only can classify as a boutique hotel. No staff welcome you at the entrance, staff's English is poor even though she tried very hard, quite difficult to communicate! Never try a Japanese hotel required to set up bed by guests (a Japanese style bedroom)! If you don't drive, really not recommend this hotel coz very inconvenient!

A bit out of the way and dated”
We stay the night after spending the day shopping in the outlet centre. It was a 10 mins drive from the mall. The room was very spacious for the price and the hotel was very quiet. Underground parking was a plus since it was raining. The room is a bit dated but for the price, great value. there is avery nice onsen bath which would offer a great view of Mt Fuji in fine weather.

Pleasant Surprises”
The 50 square meter family room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved staying in it. The view deck by the lobby had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I invariably left something in my room (upon departure) and the staff immediately emailed me. We are now in the process of trying to get it back to me. Thank you for the great service.

Disappointed”
I booked a room with double bed and a separate Japanese style sitting room. I found the mattress is dirty, the staff is kind enough to help me change another room immediately. However, I was changed to another smaller room, with two single beds. I felt disappointed to such arrangement.

We stayed in Japanese style room and the view is magnificent, Mount Fuji is right in front of you. The hotel is a bit old while the facilities are still in acceptable condition.

Enjoy Fuji view”
Great Fuji view from the hotel. Hotel locates up on the hill no public transportation, we have a rental car so it's ok. Breakfast set good taste but small size. Guest have to pave the futon by yourself. Hotel charges the onsen bath tax to every adult. Overall impressive stay.

Superb view of Mt Fuji”
Inconvenient for group travellers with children if not driving. We arrived in the evening, and could not eat at the restaurant without reservation. The buses are no longer running and only way to get dinner is to get taxis. We had to wait almost an hour after calling. Also was not a good idea to get the Japanese style room as we had to make the beds ourselves. It’s much better in the daytime with the free shuttle or can take bus from the bus stop across the road. The breakfast set meal is great. Free laundry was helpful.

春休みの、しかも急に決めた旅行でしたので とりあえず宿泊先を確保しないと、、という気持ちで値段のお安さもあり全く期待せず、 予約しました。 部屋は和室でしたが、畳も新しく、清掃も行き届き、気持ち良く使う事ができました。 ただ、お布団は自分で敷かなければならず、 できたらチェックイン時に敷いてあってもあまわないので、予約時に選択できたらなーと感じました。また、水道水が富士山のお水という事は承知してますが、洗面所からの水を 飲むのには抵抗があり、できたらポットなどに入れて置いてくださると嬉しいです。 また、加湿器が常備されてるのは良かったのですが、タンクの水が減っていたので補充したかったのですが、タンクが洗面所のボールに入らず、コップで補充しました。 清掃時に確認していただけたらと思います。 受付の方の接客も丁寧でわかりやすく、 温泉も清掃で気持ち良く、朝食もバイキングが苦手な私には朝からゆっくり食べれて とても快適でした。 また、ここに泊まりたいねと話してました。
