Although the place is quite far from the city proper and google map is to no avail, the house we stayed is indeed a value for money especially that we are traveling in group. The house is big and clean. However, the notable issues we encountered were: the area is in a gated subdivision without guards on duty, only that the main gate of the subdivision is locked with spare keys given to each resident (which is quite scary and inconvenient), there is no gated parking space, pipe on the sink in the first floor is leaking, poor internet connection and the curtain on the 2F room covers the AC. Still recommended for group stay!

Expensive and the photos as well as exterior look amazing. However, interior was very disappointing. No air conditioning except in bedroom. The upper toilet did not smell right. Facilities were not nearly as nice as the exterior. Power shut down during a thunderstorm. Although I wouldn't necessarily expect 2 towels (there was only 1), toiletries and water, I thought it was too expensive not to have it. Moreso given that it was not near anything of tourist value. Really excellent communication though.
