Pros Location (2 minutes from lambeth north station, 8 minutes from Westminster) Room size and quality is good Pool was very good. My daughter really enjoyed it. Reception had candies and activity books for children, which was great. My daughter always looked forward to the reception when entering the hotel. Cons I feel that the room rate was quite high, upwards of gbp 250 and the facilities overall were not commensurate with this high rate. Housekeeping was sometimes only average

Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed in London. Every member of staff were incredibly accommodating, professional and friendly, especially Giovanni (front of house) who upgraded us to a riverview suite because there were no suites ready when we first arrived (which was 9am). He took our moble number and called when the suite was available, outstanding service, can't wait to go back.

We have stayed twice at the So Park Apartments. The first time, we really liked the hotel and service. Unfortunately, a mistake was made with our booking. There were also a few other smaller issues. However, we received exceptional service from David at the reception, who personally did everything possible to resolve issues and provide the best possible service. We were very impressed by this even though disappointed by the situation. The hotel management and other staff we dealt with did everything they could to make the situation better and we were satisfied with how they dealt with it. The second time we stayed, everything was great and trouble-free. Everything about the hotel is modern, stylish, and of a high standard. The rooms are large, comfortable, and have many facilities. No food is available, as it is entirely self-catering, but the rooms feature built-in kitchens with microwave, toaster, hobs, sink, refrigerator, and all items required for serving and eating food. The ensuite bathrooms are also very nice indeed, displaying a high level of style and quality. All staff were professional and courteous, whilst David stood out for his flawless service and great friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble for him in personally dealing with our issues and requests, so this made our stays very special. For us without a car, the location of the hotel in the Battersea area was not convenient for central London. Buses to Victoria Station frequently depart from outside the hotel (arriving back, the stop is Battersea Library, some distance before the hotel). However, it would be a lot more convenient if it were near an Underground Station to avoid the need to use both bus and Underground train for most places (slower and more costly). Battersea Park seems to be the only tourist feature nearby. We love the hotel and would really enjoy staying here again. Very highly recommended!

This is a good option for short stay close to Central London. Most of the places are accessible include underground train, bus and south bank walk. The place has super markets below & behind the hotel. Not good view from the hotel but good location. Well maintained and all basic facilities available. need to confirm the wifi pre-paid, as it is not free. Considering the cost, its good value for money !

Eurolodge Hotel is quite cheap for a London hotel. So you can't expect the best of the best. But all in all you certainly get value for money. The rooms are very small and there is no airco, so the temperature can run very high, especially during a heat wave. But we slept very well, because of the excellent mattress. The room was clean, and so was the tiny bath room. Breakfast costs only 5 £ or 7.5 £ if you want a full English breakfast. Wifi works very well in your room but costs 4 £ for 24 hours and for 3 devices. If you forgot you were going to England, you can buy an adapter for 5 £ to plug your tablet or smartphone in the socket to charge it. The staff is very friendly. Euro Lodge Hotel is a good place to stay for a few nights. It is in a safe neighbourhood and close to Clapham South metro station where the Northern Line takes you in a short time to the city centre.

Booked for a night with my mum ahead of a day at Chelsea. Very handy for the overground train at Battersea Park. We went to a show (wicked) at Victoria, which is really easy to get to. Apartment was spacious and clean with excellent facilities- overall much cheaper than two hotel rooms and also cheaper than a lot of twin rooms at that time. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall very pleased with our choice. The communal areas were a little tired, hence losing a star there.

We have booked one room for 2 adults and a two-year-old child, but the confirmation of reservation was shown only 2 adults. So the staff at the reception said that, we would had to buy one more room for an another adult, which was not fair. Because your system didn‘t add a child into the booking. At the end, she had forgotten our case and focused on an another family, which came with us and has booked for 2 adults, one 13 year-old-child and 2 year-old-child. They thought, they could have an extra bed, as shown on the Agoda website. But actually, all rooms are the same size, which don’t even fit any extra bed. so the informations was not clear with this. Finally, they had to buy one more room and splited into 2 rooms. The staff refered to the fire emergency, so they would count a two-year-old child as one person.

Great place to stay - we booked it on a chance as we needed cheap accommodation on a Monday night near to Brixton Academy - it's a short walk from a tube station but on lots of bus routes. The dorm itself was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials - USB plug sockets, modern lighting and design. I personally really liked the wall mounted baskets next to each bed - perfect for storing phone on charge, a bottle of water etc. The staff were all great, and the 10% off drinks 24/7 and 25% off brunch was actually fantastic - we ate all of our meals there and it was good quality home cooked food. Will stay here again for sure!

It was lovely hotel in a nice location. We had booked this hotel, hours before arriving in London. The hotel was easy to find. We had booked a double room with an ensuite. It wasn't great in size, but it was just what we needed for our one night. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and a newly renovated bathroom. There were builders working on the premise but the windows blocked out most of the noise. Was an enjoyable stay and would book again for another trip to London. Friendly hotel staff on reception too. I highly recommend this hotel. Great for a 2 star!

This was one of the best hostels I've been to. Quiet, dark dorms with windows that open wide when it gets too hot, a noise curfew that people seem to respect at least somewhat, friendly staff, fun pub to hang out in, fantastic powerful hot showers with no timer. All the staff was kind and helpful, they really saved my butt one time when I accidentally bought print-only bus tickets while all print shops were closed and they printed it out for me for free. Only downsides - bathrooms could get extremely busy as there was only two toilets shared by a whole floor, and there is no kitchen or hangout room, so there are no facilities for preparing, heating, or storing food. But luckily I just bought things to eat that day that didn't need heating up, and staff seems fine with hostel guests sitting in the pub and not buying anything /eating their own food. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook this hostel, and that's the first time I've ever been able to say that about any hostel!

The hostel is nowhere near the city, but then again, if you crave for the city noise, you wouldn't be looking at Lambeth, would you? Nonetheless, it has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast is simple and sufficient, and the kitchen is very well maintained. Do bear in mind that the toilet and shower facilities at the highest floor may be a little old, so ventilation is not very good.

The suite was well appointed with modern design and new furniture. A Nespresso coffee machine was provided in the small kitchenette. We were most impressed with all the staff at the reception. They were always pleasant and helpful. Location wise, it takes about 6 minutes walk through a park from Vauxhall station. The area is ok but there are many restaurants around. Breakfast which was included in the room rate was adequate and tasty. Cleanliness can be improved in the bathroom as there was yellowish stain in the toilet bowl and some black stain on the sealant in the shower stand.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is in a great location close to many sights (parliament, Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye...) and just beside the Thames. Public transport is close to the hotel so it is easy to reach any part of town. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and well maintained and clean. The bed is great and with a fantastic room sound insulation it provides a good sleep. The service is at a very high level and all staff is very kind to try to make you feel very comfortable. Breakfast is great, I would recommend to order english breakfest. In short, a great hotel I would recommend to anyone who wants a good holiday.
