Decent Hotel at a Good Price”
I stayed for four nights. The room was huge, and clean, and normal. It is not the Hilton. But it was just fine. Everything worked, like the hot water, the air conditioning, and the fridge. The custodian of the place was helpful and friendly. The Medieval internet connection worked, and was free. The hotel was also extremely quiet. Getting a map of Lamphun was impossible when you are there, and so bring one with you. This hotel is located outside town next to the hospital. There is a 7-11 very close (30 second walk). Town was a ten minute walk. There were no tuk-tuks, but you can catch a samlor or a taxi at the hospital across the street from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. It is a budget hotel, no frills, a little aged, but just fine.

I stayed there for tree days. Like setting and would stay there again in Lamphun. Hospital nearby. Many foodstands and eatingplaces nearby. Also 7 Eleven.

Basic room, good value for money”
Lamphun Palace is not really a hotel, but more a room you can rent. The room is fairly big and clean. It's basic, but so are the other hotels in Lamphun. Eating and drinking you need to do outside of the hotel, but there are shops very near.

Uncomfortable and No English speaking staff”
This place had towels instead of blankets on the beds and the locks were not very strong. I didn't feel safe or comfortable and this was increased by no staff members who spoke English. Lamphun its self isn't a place to stay.

I was very happy here. The holtel is very well situated, and despite not speaking excellent English, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I toll some great memories of my time at this hotel away with me.

Nice and clean hotel in the city”
I slept there one night. The air-con worked fine as well as water heater. It's in the middle of the city, quite easy to locate. And in the morning, you can wander around and grab something to eat.

Easy stop over”
We had a restful night stop and though the decor and plumbing is old style it worked; easy to walk to a store, pharmacy and ATM; not too far down the road is a very good restaurant; parking was easy too.

Hotel with hugh room and language barriers”
The hotel did not provide free bike service as advertised and it was hard to rent a bike or motor bike nearby; you could get a tricycle to the city if you were lucky; it is a 3 kilometre walk. The reception clerk did not speak any Eglish; he needed to phone his boss for help; I was told there was no free bike but I could get a map; but the clerk spent such a long time to locate a local map for me on the net, so I was obliged to leave after 10 minutes wait. Luckily I could find a bike shop which rent one to me. But you needed to pay 2800 bahts as a deposit (the rent is only 80 bahts for one day)

When we left the place in the morning, there was not a single staff around. This place is an apartment that offers over night stay but the good point is that room size is large and clean.

Tres loin du centre ville, chambres très sommaires, aucune prestation, pas de petit déjeuner. J'ai eu une chambre au rez de chaussée, vaste, faisant face a un mur, en plus travaux de peintures dans l'hotel. Pas du tout la description
