A bit far from town but still OK”
The staff are very helpful but the cleaniness is a big let down. The floor are sticky, the toilet are not properly wash and dirty. The bed linen was never change, I know because of the stains. Breakfast everyday is the same and always crowded because the dining area is small and hotel accept a lot of local tour tourist. Every day at least 2 tour buses load of people.

Nhân viên tiếp tân nữ xưng mới vào làm nhưng thái độ đôi co, đáp trả với thái độ không tôn trọng KH => Khách sạn ở Đà Lạt không ít, để níu chân KH thì khách sạn Lan Anh cần nâng cao thêm chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng, đặc biệt là thái độ nhân viên, đồng thời drap giường cần sạch sẽ hơn, quy trình làm việc của nhân viên cần thống nhất hơn, đừng mỗi người mỗi ý xoay KH vòng vòng. Đây là năm thứ 3 tôi lưu trú ở đây, nhưng chỉ năm nay là tệ nhất, và sẽ là năm cuối cùng tôi thuê ở đây.

Dịp lễ ko tăng giá quá cao, giá quá tốt luôn. Điểm trừ là ko cách âm, cái cửa phòng trong nói gì ngoài nghe hết :D
