Not sure where to start. First there was a rat in our bedroom. Impossible to communicate with the host because they only spoke Vietnamese (although we don't expect everyone to speak English in their home country, a minimum is good especially if you run a tourist business). The Aircon didn't work only blew warm air. The free breakfast doesn't include a drink but they will only tell you after you consumed it. The food at the restaurant was good for people who lost taste and smell. Also we have been told to use the swimming pool then when we left we have been told to pay for using it... Communication skills could be improved.

Great room in great spot. No English spoken and some confusion over the whole scene. Breakfast wasn’t provided (despite ‘free breakfast between 7-9am’)

Friendly staff, good location. The room is clean, but a lot of insects sleeping with you at night. but that's obvious. 'Cause we're going to the forest. We stayed with the kids, but it was still good. That's interesting experience.
