A Paradise = nice surprise”
A very nice surprise. During my 2015 trip to the Philippines, I planned a surprise visit for my partner who is studying in Malolos and as such needed a place to stay. And: WOW, WHAT A GREAT PLACE - great caring owners, awesome well-trained staff, who are shyly working around you, to make sure the visit is perfect. It's bit of a green oasis with pool, cabana and air-conditioned guest rooms in the middle of the hazzle & buzzle of a Philippine urban town. Laid-back and caring. Local building materials give the place a great charm.

Nice staff, but small inconveniences”
It's a nice place, and it looks serene. Staff were generally really nice and helped us out a lot. However, we experienced many inconveniences, such as the water and electricity being turned off twice and we had to go back and forth to turn it on again. The wifi was only near the office area, so you had to go out of your room; I wouldn't have a problem with this, but it was rainy season when we got there and on top of that, there are lots of mosquitos outside. You can't drink water from the tap, but we weren't provided potable water and so one night we had to walk around the resort (staff were asleep by 11PM or at home) looking for water - luckily we found a big water container near the staff area and were able to drink. The next day we had to ask for a container of our own. Please note, that staff are not on hand after 10 or 11PM; they'll only be there to open the gate for you if you arrive at the resort late. Finally, the most inconvenient part for us was the location. We didn't have a car during our stay, and had to rely on public transport (this part is fine). Yet it takes roughly 20 mins to take a tricycle from the resort to the main street, and then you can take a jeepney. I know it's a resort, but if you're planning to travel around a little bit, this place is too inconvenient for that. All in all, if you just want to stay at a resort and don't plan to leave at all, then this resort is good for that; but you're there to visit family or do a bit of travelling, you might want to pick another place. Keep in mind that not all hotels are listed on Agoda, but you'll see plenty as you're driving around on the highways.

We went there for our friend's wedding. They can do better, room can be improved but the garden is nice and relaxing. Staff are accomodating.

Overall the stay was nice and relaxing. Although the place needs a little maintenance. It was a holy week when we stayed so there was a lot of visitors. Undermanned. I will stay here again.

Staff were not accommodating at all. Asked for coffee that didn’t arrive. Place was very different from photos. Will not recommend people to come here.

Don't go there”
It was very hard to find. Looked very beautiful when we arrived but looks are very deceiving. Building work in progress. There was no staff to be found, no house keeping, no laundry. No bar or restaurant!! No shops nearby. To get to the nearest shop is a 20 minute trike ride if you can find one. Don't go out at night as not safe. The water smelt worse than the sewers. Wifi patchy at best and only works outside. All the lights on the hotel and grounds were turned off after about 8pm and the gates shut. The security guard was always drunk and begging for money for cigarettes. These are only the good points

The place were too far. Its in residential area. The pictures of the place on their website are way far from the reality. The place needs some renovation. You can bring food and drink as much as you want but you have to take the trash with you as well. Staffs are clueless. We ordered food and it was an hour late. They jist forgot! Booked family room good for 4person, they just gave us two really thin towel. I cant ever say its a towel coz it was too small for a towel. Swimming pool water were green.... over all, a big disappointment!

Not worth the price”
The place is not well maintained. Got bitten by bed bugs. No hot shower. There are molds on the shower curtains. Initially was offered a room with lizard poop on the bed but the receptionist was insisting it was clean. I asked her to look closely and she said it was clean except for that. Their restaurant closes at 5pm, you can have food delivered but they will insist you take the trash with you or you will be charged. If there's an available restaurant, you wouldn't need to order anyways.

緑に囲まれたコテージ風のホテル”
敷地内に大きな樹があり、鳥がたくさん鳴いています。広い中庭は結婚式にも使われている様です。遅い時間に帰ると門が閉められているので、中の人を呼ばないといけません。シャワーは勢い良くでますが、水でした。
