Very nice place to stay in Okayama”
The room was comfortable and fully equipped (having a washing machine was definitely a plus). We were welcomed by our host and were fully satisfied by our stay. I definitely recommend the place! It's 12 min away from Okayama station and 30 min from the famous gardens (walking).

Just for sleeping”
There is no space before the bathroom to put off your clothes (only a curtain which prevents people in the main room to see you). There are no curtains in the rooms, so be prepared to wake up with the sunrise (or to invest in a sleeping mask, you can find it in some 100yen shops). Just for information too, you can't cook directly in your flat, you have to go upstairs in another flat. Moreover it's quite expensive compared to other youth hostels I found in other cities. However, I arrived very late (almost midnight) and yet Shinta waited for me and was very nice, talked with me, did "kanpai" with me and so on :)

An ancient apartment lazily converted into a room. You can find better for the price. ”
First of all, the staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. He gave us great advices to visit the city and offered us a Japanese meal. Locations is okay, twenty minutes walk from the station, in a quite empty but safe and quiet neighborhood. The room itself is a bit awful. It seemed to have been hastily converted into a room from a single apartment. It doesn't feel like a room you would pay for, but as if some neglectful friend had lent you a place he used to rent to some poor student. An airshaft was covered with black dust. When I unplugged the rotating rotor in it to find some way to plug my razor, my fingers were all black and sticky. Cupboards are old, used, worn-out, and there is old junk in them (including a saucepan I couldn't use and wouldn't have, very old and used). All in all, it was the worst place we rested in among a dozen or so in Japan, including ryokans in Tokyo and Nara. Worse, most of them were less expensive than this one.

If you have time, you should definitely hang out with him and his friend to the pub 🤣 cuz they're so friendly. It's really a great way to improve your Japanese and have more relationships.

Auberge agréable. Propriétaire arrangeant, réactif et qui fait confiance. Chambre en dortoir agréable. Lit confortable. Salle de bain et kitchenette attenante à la chambre ce qui est pratique mais manque d'un espace où s'assoir. J'étais seule dans la chambre du coup je n'ai pas eu à tester le partage avec d'autres voyageurs ce qui pourrait rendre l'espace ressenti comme plus exigu. Je recommanderais le dortoir si on voyage en groupe par exemple.

ゲストハウスのいい所の1つは、宿泊者同士の交流。 そしてアットホームさ。 スタッフの方から、「ラグビーW杯観戦みんなでしてるので、どうぞって」声もかけてくれました。 外国の方がほとんどでしたが、すんなり入れました。 日本vsスコットランド戦をみんなで盛り上がりながら観れました。 スタッフの方のお気遣いで、楽しい夜を過ごせました。 岡山駅からも徒歩圏。 築は古いですが、綺麗に掃除されています。 おすすめですよ。 PS 今回の旅の目的は、好きな歌手のおかやま国際音楽祭の出演を観に。 ラグビー観戦という楽しい夜が加わりました。 しかも、スタッフの方、フェスまで観に来てくれました。 １ファンとして嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました。

古いのは仕方がないですが、掃除がされておらず汚いです。靴を脱いで上がるのをためらう、入浴を見合わせるレベルです。 他の施設が無く、どうしようもない時にお泊まりください。

不衛生極まりない”
部屋全体に埃が被っている(調理器具も同様で使う気にならない)。部屋全体がカビ臭い。床やなぜか冷蔵庫にも毛が落ちていて気持ちが悪い。なぜかファストフード店の紙ナプキンが落ちている(誰かここで食事でもしてたの？)。掃除をしたとは思えない不衛生ぶりで滞在が不快でしかなかった。二度と泊まりたくない。

まず、メールで二回問い合わせましたが、返事はありませんでした。 エレベーター無しの5階建てで、上の方は上り下りが少し億劫です。 ヘアドライヤーが備わっていませんでした。 遮音悪く、隣だか下だかの話し声がよく聞こえました。 場所は繁華街まで徒歩１０分ほどと便利だと思いました。

岡山駅から歩きで10分ほどの距離ですが間にはイオンなどもある為、近く感じました。 価格も安く、Wi-Fiもあるのでビジネスなどで素泊まりの方にはとても良いと思います。 設備について、壁が薄いため音漏れが激しいと感じました。また上の階のトイレの水の音？なども漏れている為、「音」に敏感な方はオススメできません。ただ価格・立地を考えると十分妥協点です。部屋の掃除も行き届いており、ゆっくり休むことができました。また泊まりたいと思います。

위치가 너무 구짐. 청소도 대충.”
오카야마 역에서 1키로 정도 떨어져 있다고 하는데 가는길이 매끄럽지 않아서 캐리어를 끌고 가기가 너무 힘들었고 길게 느껴졌다. 주인분은 착하시지만 청소도 대충 되어있었고 히터도 기름히터라 5분 정도 켜져있다가 꺼짐. 넘 추웠다.
