Pleasant stay, great location”
It was signal no 4 when we arrived but still had a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in was big, clean and modern. Hallway was fully carpeted and they had two kiddie bikes that can be used for free. There was also a veranda which made the room cool, airy and well-lit. Our kid celebrated his birthday here and the staff did a wonderful job decorating the room, and prepared complimentary cupcakes, which was thoughtful. Thank you!

Well deserved getaway for the wife's birthday”
Let's address the elephant in the room. Aircon was malfunctioning on our first night... Now that's out, allow me to write about why my wife and I still had the best experience during our stay in this property. The Good: 1. Putting customer service and customer satisfaction as number 1 priority - The moment we first stepped into this hotel, everyone from Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Pool Attendants, etc had been nothing but polite, warm, pleasant, and caring. I would like to especially commend Ms. Ira of the Front Office team for trying her best to turn the somewhat unpleasant aircon experience into a rather memorable stay for us. She assisted us with our check-in, billing reversals, restaurant reservation, breakfast booking... She went beyond her job scope and ensured that we are well taken care of. 2. Facilities. There are enough facilities in the hotel to keep everyone busy and entertained. Restaurants, roof deck pool, KTV room, kid's play area, Duty Free supermarket next door, spa, gym... I do appreciate the effort that was put into the planning stages of building this place. 3. Food selection. We had plated breakfast on our first day, and buffet breakfast on our second day. The Teppan 101 restaurant downstairs offered a fun dining experience. 4. SPAAAAAAAAAAAAA. We had a great massage and relaxation on our first night. 5. Roof deck pool was the bomb. We were able to enjoy the entire pool on our 2nd day, as we were joined by a group of young swimmers who were having their swimming training on the 1st day. Nice to encounter this. 6. Room was spacious. We had plenty of room to move around. Did not feel cramped at all! 7. Bathroom. Shower. Bathtub. HOT WATER IN AN INSTANT. STRONG WATER PRESSURE. PERFECT. The Bad: 1. We were able to spot a few bugs here and there. 2. Some facilities / amenities are showing signs of aging and wear and tear. The Verdict: This is one great treasure in Subic. Nice place to stay in subic”
Very near with establishments, shopping malls, restaurants and duty free malls. Typhoon Paeng was passing thru Luzon during our stay here. Room is clean and spacious and good for playful toddler like my son.

We spent our 1st anniversary here in subic at Le charme Suites, place are very good. Service is exceptional. I request them a surprise decoration for the event, and they acknowledge it. They also upgraded our room from superior to deluxe for FREE! Crew are very friendly. Food are nice and tasty. Must try their Tepan101. And for that, im surely and highly recommend this Hotel.

Great for family travel”
I stayed there for 1 night with my wife and 2 small kids. Highly recommended for family travel as the hotel have playground for them & spacious corridor. Breakfast choice is limited but perhaps because this is not a big hotel. Location: no direct access to the beach but within few mins by car. Can easily find services/ shops around. Will consider staying here again next time.

Best experience! Staff was very accommodating, they were able to help me changed my booking in the last minute. The room is clean and huge, lots of room specially for the family with kids. Location is great, pretty close to all. Overall was a great experience but would be great if they have a 24 hour staff.
