Hotel staff is very cooperative and location is near to district 1 main market, great breakfast options, river view from hotel is also very nice, while a bigger pool is desirable but even the current pool is also good.

The room is not quite spacious but the view toward the river and thu Thiem 2 bridge is great. I’d love the breakfast with lots of fresh juices which were made right at the juice counter. There’s also fresh coconut.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are super accommodating and are really friendly. They helped us by flagging down taxis when we needed a ride. They brought extra toiletries when we needed it. Overall it’s a friendly staff with a good location in the heart of the city.

Good location and high class room ”
However, this 5 stars hotel front staffs not so helpful. When we just arrived, nobody help us with our luggages (until we get out from the taxi carrying 2 kids with me only then the staff come help with the luggage)

Family holiday in HCMC”
Great view from the hotel room! Room is pretty good except the showering area a bit squeezy. Breakfast spread is fantastic with assortment of local and international food. Daily changes to some of these dishes which is great especially if you stay at the hotel for a few days. Hotel stay is great with wonderful and friendly staff. It will be even better if the location is near to the city centre with lots of cafes and bars nearby.

Decent hotel ”
The hotel is decent, nothing outstanding. However, we had a bad first impression due to “miscommunication” and misleading information from the website. I had booked a room with two double beds that allowed a maximum capacity of 3 people. This was booked as I was travelling with my parents. When we checked in, the staff informed us we needed to pay an extra fee for every night we stayed as we had an “additional” person. I was shocked as the room that was booked specified it could accomodate three people. They said that the double beds would be comfortable for only one person and offered to show us the room. When we saw the room, the beds were more like a king single than a proper double bed… This was disappointing as we have stayed in lower rated hotels previously and we were given actual double beds. After heading back down to the lobby, the staff offered to waiver the fee due to “miscommunication”. To be honest, it felt like we were being scammed into booking a room that was meant to be for THREE people and then given king singles instead of actual double beds. I am grateful that they did not charge us extra but it is something that could have been avoided if they had just listed the room properly. Other than that the hotel itself was okay.

Best hotel ever”
I love this hotel. I feel as is I cannot say enough but I'll try to keep this brief. My first day in Ho Chi Minh city I had terrible cramps and I went down to the lobby in the morning to ask about the nearest pharmacy. Not only did the lady I ask speak fantastic English but she insisted on taking me to the pharmacy via taxi, which she paid for I might add, and when that pharmacy didn't have what I needed she took me to an English speaking clinic and got me squared away with paperwork. Needless to say she went above and beyond what I needed and I was impressed and thankful beyond words. Beyond that, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the food is great and the hotel is beautiful. I've since stayed with them again since then and had a fantastic experience that time also. I honestly have no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel.

Le Meridien Saigon once again gave my girl friend and I a pleasant surprise during the Valentines. Just observing I have ordered roses and booked a table for two on 14th, the hotel staff delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely cake on the night of Valentine. What a thoughtful act!! Thanks to the hotel. You have given us an excellent experience.
