      Central location, good size room. Matteo our host was wonderful, he met us carried our bags, very helpful, got us a taxi when we left as it was torrential rain, (most unusual) , it’s not a long walk from the station but we are a bit doddery. It has a lift which was good, nice local area and lots of cafes, eating places and local shops.

      Great location, in the center and an easy walk from train station. Room was lovely with large bathroom. The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us great advice about spots to visit.

      A lovely modern BnB. A really beautiful unusual space that is great for couples. The host was very friendly and helpful.
      Because it is so central expect a bit of noise at night/early morning. It comes with the territory of being in a busy location.

      The front look of the property is not displayed in booking.com. Took some time and had to ask a local person to find the property. The place felt isolated and needed to go inside(through dark) to search for the property manager. The pictures of the Rooms, were given as specified in booking.com and was true to the picture. The staff was helpful. The property owner/manger showed up only when we checked-in. Helped us arrange for a taxi to the Airport next day. Showed us around the room and said that the breakfast is kept in the office room. Which were just a meager spread - a few pieces of buns, cakes and biscuits. Asked us to make our own coffee using the coffee machine. As in terms of Breakfast - no use booking for one. Can get good breakfast for a reasonable price outside. I think it is a recently restored(still under restoration) old building. Noises of some work/constructions was there. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and also comparatively cleaner. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and there was heavy noise of music until late night from the nearby areas. The water from the shower flowed into the bathroom and it was wet all the way through, though we switched on the ventilator fans. The plastering from ceilings were about to fall in the bathroom. The place was safe as such, but we felt so only after the whole stay.

      Clean, central but noisy”

      The property is very central, close to the shops and restaurants. The owner is very friendly.
      We didn’t sleep at all due to the noise. The street is noisy and it seemed like furniture was being moved around above us through the night. Loud talking could also be heard above us and the electric blinds were being used during the night which contributed to our lack of sleep.

      Disappointing. It wasn’t described as we expected and expensive for this standard of hotel.”

      The rooms were basic but were comfortable and clean.
      The picture on the website is the cathedral not the hotel. It is down a back alley and very difficult to find. There is a lot of building work by the entrance where you enter a dingy staircase where some lights don’t work so we had to use the light in our phones. They also only take cash which we wasn’t told about. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a band playing loud music in the square until 1am. There was also some music playing from another nearby location until 4am with loud shouting

      Unfortunately the area where is located is very noisy. We stayed for one night and we didn’t find complimentary water in the room. I asked for water in the morning and the person in charged said they don’t have. They have a nespreso machine for you to make your coffee and packed pastries as breakfast.

      Horribly Noisy Place and Rude Host”

      The property is nicely furnished.
      This place is located on top of a very noisy bar playing loud, heavy bass music all day long. the rooms also face a heavy traffic road and a square where in the evening, at weekends, they play heavy metal gigs outside using super loud speakers echoing blocks away. It is simply impossible to stay here and sleep, or enjoy your stay, as it feels like staying on top of a club. It was so bad that I preferred leaving and getting myself a room somewhere else, basically paying for nothing (the situation was clear within the first 10min of staying in the room, and I immediately told the host). After politely explaining the host about the situation, and reasonably asking for a refund - I didn’t use the room and left it in pristine condition, as I found it - he refused to reimburse me telling me that was my choice. After failing to have the bar lower the music to reasonable levels, he got annoyed and told me I could go and complain to the bar myself, as that’s not his job. I don’t wish anyone a similar experience and this place really doesn’t reflect the nice vibe of the city. My experience here was appalling from the start: lack of communication, the photos don’t show the full pictures (look at my photos to see the less glamourous entrance, with a nice pile of rubbish welcoming guests…), and the host failed to make me feel any welcome. Worst Booking.con experience ever.
