The location is perfect and has everything very local for what you need, easy acess into London as well 👌🏻

Lovely property - great size for the whole family, and love that there is an en suite attached to every room! Really easy to get to location wise, and lots of amenities nearby (shops / takeaways / barbers / nail salons etc), and Uxbridge Station was only a 15min drive away in peak traffic. We also really liked the driveway which fitted 2 cars on the drive, and 1 across, and also the back garden size, (we didn't use it, but can imagine it would be great in the Summer time for BBQs etc). The host was great - we had a pre check in conversation, and also spoke with him when we had a few queries. He was great to deal with - polite, professional, and provided very fast responses.

The property had plenty of beds and en suite bathrooms as well as a good kitchen and living room area. It also had a nice garden which allowed up to spend time outside as well. There was also good wifi.

I was no given a code for the lockbox prior to arrival, and had to message the hosts once I arrived to be given the code. They then proceeded to give me a phone number for another person involved with the property if I had any further issues during my stay. On the first night we discovered that one of the beds had bed bugs. This was hugely disappointing and due to this a couple of people had to get accommodation in a local hotel as that bed was out of action clearly. We have not been compensated for this at all. At the time I messaged the number of the 'house manager' which I had been given and my message was no even acknowledged, and no attempt to rectify this issue has been made which I think is very poor. The property in other areas was cheaply furnished and the 'sofa beds', did not come with any kind of bedding and was hardly usable as a bed, but we made do as sleeping bags had been brought in expectation of this issue. A number of the showers did not drain properly and we did not use them as we were worried about the issue of flooding. There are signs all around the property warning of damaging things and that they would keep your deposit which is very off putting and I think unnecessary. During our stay we also had 3 unknown males knock on our door at 3am waking us up and when I opened the door they looked very confused, and when questioned as to why they were here and what they were here for they mumbled and just strolled off, this was very unusual and made us question what this house may be used for when it is not booked out. Overall not a very good experience with areas for the hosts to improve on if they wish to continue to use this platform to book their property.

This place was amazing! It felt just like home… my siblings and I had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Illegal activity clearly goes on at this property as we had 4 different men knocking for drugs at various times through the night. There were rats in the garden. The property had lots of damage. It was not clean and smelt of stale cigarettes. We did not feel safe at all. The host was more concerned that we had woken him in the middle of the night rather than being apologetic that we had been woken by a man looking for him for drugs. I would strongly advise not staying at this property. It’s concerning that booking.com actually allow this property to be listed on their site. Have since complained and have basically been told there is nothing the host is willing to do to compensate. Taking it further with booking.com

Large, clean, comfortable room with well appointed en-suite. Very well equipped shared kitchen with everything you would need for a multi-night stay including fridge and freezer. There is even access to a garden. The host was kind enough to accept a late evening booking. Excellent value for money.
