It said on the website I could request to check in early 6am so I put a request in then got accepted and when I arrived they told me there no check in at the desk until 10am so I had to sleep in my car. Maybe sort your website out so this doesn't happen to anyone else🙂

My wife and four-years old son stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. They were also extremely accommodating it. The buffet breakfast was cheap, filling and good. The only drawback was no fridge. That made a bit difficult traveling with a child. Otherwise it was a good value.

Perfect, just perfect. Scott was the man we dealt with at reception. He was so polite and advised us on everything. Couldnt do enough for us. We will definately be gping back. Breakfast was buffet style and it sets you up for the day. We would well recomend this hotel

Staff were super accommodative and friendly , beds are comfortable and toilets were impeccably clean. Location was right next to the university. Recommend!!

Our city centre location, makes us the ideal choice, whether visiting the shops, bars and restaurants or like yourself I presume, visiting the university, which is literally only a stones through away. Stayed here several times over the years. Excellent staff, good small menu. Comfortable rooms. Good location for town, rail station, UCLan. Only down is that rooms facing road are noisy.

Our city centre location, is great isn't it, being on a few minutes walk from all the shops, bars & restaurants and with a couple of minutes of the University. We have a great team of staff here at the hotel, who are always willing to help. I would recommend that when you stay next, put a request on your booking for a room on the car park side, which is generally a bit quieter as it is away from the road. Beware the sign!”
Comfortable room with all the usual stuff we expect nowadays. One big gripe is that we were looking for a big Legacy sign - be warned that the building has Preston International in lovely big letters and the word Legacy is teeny by comparison. We drove last several times looking for the hotel. Great location for visiting our student son.

Hi Philip, apologies we were unable to forfil your request on this occasion, we do try and do the best we can with all requests, unfortunately at times this isn't always possible due to the availability of rooms on day, which is why we don't guarantee, the hotel was extremely full that weekend, with guest just like yourself going to the festival and with us having a generous check out time of 12noon, we have to have time to turn the rooms around.
