GREAT STAFF, Not So Great Place :(”
This is a tough review to write, especially since the staff at this place was AWESOME. But, considering the room itself, let me share my disappoints. 1. Room was relatively clean, hairs in the shower and bathroom floors though :( 2. Water pressure was HORRIBLE. 3. VERY small TV's, both in living space and bedroom. 4. Air conditioner vents in the bedroom were very bad, I had to keep the bedroom door open to get cool air into the bedroom, unfortunately the room next door had an adjoining door with thin walls and their light shined through so bright I had to close the door or else have the light shine in my face as well as hear their conversations. 5. Speaking of thin walls, people constantly smoking and yelling at all hours of the night right outside my door on the stairs, had to call security, which came quickly. 6. Getting out due to traffic light is ROUGH! If the room was even half as great as the staff this place would be awesome for the price I paid!

Noisy, dark rooms, dirty floors”
Can’t walk barefoot, feet gets dirty! Loud noise from Jacuzzi and shower next door. Poorly iluminated rooms, dark kitchen counter. Can’t open curtains otherwise anybody from outside can see inside the room (only black out curtains installed, light curtains missing). No safe in the room. Good location though, and spacious suites.

Best bang for your buck”
We needed 2 bedrooms with a King and 2 doubles, so difficult to find at a decent price. We got it at Legacy plus 2 living areas and washing machine and dryer. Pool and Spa were well heated and walking distance to eateries etc. Gave us everything we needed at an affordable price

Ok price/ place, but horrible service and communication ”
I booked my stay for a location convent to my needs in Orlando,Fl. Upon arriving at the location I booked, I was told that I was moved to a different location 15 miles away and completely out of the location I needed to be at. I was upset beyond words that I did not receive any notification of the change or any way to choose somewhere close to where I needed to be. I was told by one manager that I would be given “an accommodation” by the second location. When I checked in, they claimed my reservation was for that location when I showed proof that it was not. I was totally disregarded. It was an ok place to stay, clean and safe spot, but things were broken in the room or very hard to use. Days after check out I noticed an extra charge to my card that I never received a notice or bill stating what it is was for. I left the room as clean as it had been when I checked in and see no reason for an extra charges. Because of the lack of communication of changing locations and extra billing I don’t recommend this chain.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, alojamiento viejo y en mal estado, la puerta del baño no cierra , los baños en las habitaciones son insuficientes, el sofá cama ya no sirve el colchon.

Schöne Unterkunft, toller Urlaub”
Wir hatten das one bedroomm Appartment mit Kingbed. Für uns drei optimal. Unser Sohn ist fünf Jahre alt. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und die küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher etc. Die Anlage mit Pool und Spielplatz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Resorts ist auch sehr gut. Umliegend und fußläufig sind Restaurants und Supermärkte. Zu den Disney Resorts nur kurze Wege. Mit Uber oder Taxi in gut 20 bis 30 min zu erreichen. Das Personal am front desk war sehr freundlich. Reinigung der Zimmer nach Bezug findet nur bei Bedarf statt. Ist aber völlig okay. Man braucht nicht jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Room service kann bei Bedarf telefonisch angefragt werden. Alles im allen sehr empfehlenswert. In Unserem Fall ein Schnäppchen Urlaub. Viel Luxus für kleines Geld. (73 $ die Nacht)
