We had a great stay at LeGallery Suites. Here is a summary of the experience: Pros: - free airport pick up and drop off (7am to 4pm only) - we were allowed super early check-in - two bedroom suite was super affordable, has 2 rooms, 2 separate bathrooms and 2 separate kitchenettes with personal refs - lobby was always clean and smells nice - located in a complex with restos, supermarkets and establushments - staff mostly Filipino Con: - located in outskirt, outside city center so tour/transpo is a must (this was not too much of a con since we got a tour from a fellow Filipino. Booked this hotel as Agoda offered quite a good deal. It is reasonably cheap as we were a party of 5; which I reserved additional bed for my dad. Location of hotel is considered great as it was not far from Bandar Seri Begawan. There is a restaurant (MyTown) located next to it which can offer sumptuous and variety meals. On rooms, there were clean and comfy for my standard. Hot water was available. The interior designs were nice throughout the inside hotel areas. Overall, this is a good hotel for my experience.

I really have a good night sleep in my room. Great housekeeping and staff are very friendly and helpful. Some facility might not as in the photo, for instance an electric stove for my studio room that i have stayed(although i didn't expect and bother about it), but it is fine as you can find food nearby area. Afterall i have a peaceful stay at LeGallery suites. Thank you for your good service.

What a pleasant stay!”
I didn’t expect much from the hotel prior to my stay due to the mixed reviews. The hotel is located nearby to few eateries. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist, settled a few glitches regarding the booking. I’ve made a booking for 2 rooms apartment. The receptionist informed that they were sorry that the room was already occupied & full (Which I found really strange) & they had prepared us 2 connecting rooms instead. After long hours of driving, I didn’t want to waste my last bit of energy arguing, and accept their offer. I’m glad I did that as it turns out to be 2 cosy & comfy studio rooms connected to each other. Cheap price tag which came complete with all basic amenities. With the amount that I pay, it was totally worth it. Parking is free and hassle-free. Wifi is provided free (I didn’t get to experience it as I’m using free roaming data). 1 of my travel-mate used the self service laundry facility which was provided by the hotel. An extra marks to the hotel! All in all, will definitely schedule for a return stay, for my next visit!

Cozy”
The suite was clean and cozy. Our family love to stay here but only the noise of dogs in the middle of the night that make us cant sleep for the first night. Also there was no lift, if you get the room in 2nd floor, you need to use the stairs and it is not recommendable for old parents that have knee/leg problem. Overall it was pleasant to stay here and the staffs were very nice. Recommendable for backpackers bcs the price is affordable.

Value for money : yes definitely. Room space are quite big enough for 3 of us Location : Surrounded by great amenities like market, restaurant & etc, but it is a quite far to walk into the link bridge of Mosque to interlink with city center. Cleanliness : Very clean especially the floor. the equipment quite old fashioned but that not the big problem for my family Staff : Very helpful & always gave a quick respond on guest requests Facilities : 1. Airport Transfer are bonus - but please take note that this were not applicable on Sunday. i have booked this on Sunday & they informed me that there is no services for this, but after all they are still fulfill my requirement ! thumbs up for hotel team! 2. Iron & iron board are provided upon request 3. Extra blanket & room services were daily ! 4. Early check in Overall, my stay at this hotel are very awesome i would recommended for you to stay here with no regret!

Location wise it is excellent for a walk to Bandar Seri Begawan via the Eco-Corridor. Easiness to join in festivities. The hotel itself is old-school classic. So don't expect too much.

Clean & spacious”
The hotel is very near to a restaurant and within walking distance to supermarket. Once i walked into the room, i was very surprised, the room is clean & spacious. It is over my expectation. But there is no proper air ventilation system for the bathroom. So once the floor is wet, better be careful. And also there is limited socket inside the room. Only saw 2 sockets but unable to plug any my electronics since it was hidden behind the bed & also behind dressing table. Overall it was a good stay. I recommend this hotel.

Tempah bilik Standard kemudian diupgrade secara percuma ke Studio Room. Hotel Bersih, Bilik Selesa ada kedai runcit berdekatan dan dengan dengan Mall jika mahu makan Fast Food Kekurangan cuma 2. 1. Good for budget travellers”
Le Gallery Suites to my opinion is among the very few affordable hotels in BSB especially for budget travellers like us. We stayed in a studio room and requested for an extra bed so we were comfortable during our stay. The downside though is that the hotel doesn't provide toiletries-not even tissue papers so you have to buy your own and there are no hangers too. Also, in our room, the audio of the TV was not working well so you practically can't understand a word! Too bad we had to spend one afternoon inside the hotel because it was raining heavily that time so we can't go outside. Anyway, since we asked for a studio room, we were allowed to cook our own food which we decided to do ( you have to buy kitchen utensils since you will only find a stove, an electric kettle, a caserole and a rice cooker in the room) but the exhaust wasn't working so the smoke from the cooking area was detected by the smoke detector and the fire alarm in the whole hotel sounded off! Everyone panicked as the very loud alarm went on for a couple of minutes. I immediately informed the reception staff that we are just cooking and there's no fire. They put off the alarm after some time but we could hear the fire truck coming towards the hotel as well. So for those who are planning to cook, just make sure that the exhaust is working first.

good size,two bedroomed suite,that need a bit spent on them to refurbish to a higher standard.Looks as if not much has been done to the rooms for a few years.Had a bath,but no plugs and none in stock in the hotel when asked,so baths are obviously no longer an option although advertised as having baths! Plenty of restaurants and shops close by and a half hour walk to the waterfront.so excellent location.Staff friendly and helpful in booking trips and taxis etc.Good own minibus to collect or take you to the airport(but a charge)

Good location and swift check in process. Abundance of restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk. Lovely interior from the entrance up to the corridor of the room, staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was small but comfortable, good wifi and have space for 3 people at an affordable price is quite a gem. However, please be aware that it also means less toiletries, not so sound proof rooms (keep hearing dogs late night though we specifically request for a quiet room) and no elevator to bring up your luggage if you are travelling heavy. Nonetheless, we had a good stay and enjoy the overall services provided.

It is far from BSB if you drove, but it is now connected with a bridge nearby and you can walk from hotel to BSB (particularly Omar Saifuddin Mosque) within 10 minutes through the bridge. The staff is helpful and responsive, and I enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Good Stay”
This is our second time stay in Le Gallery Hotel. First, we stayed in bigger room, Junior Suite, I think, which is located on the first floor. This time we stayed in another type of room which is Deluxe. Overall, everything was okay. Air-conditioner, fridge, shower, toilet, bed, pillow, blanket and towel. Unfortunately, we requested to be in the first floor so I expect they did not take note our request in the Agoda because if they do, they will inform us. So yes, other than that, it was a good stay.
