This is a great hotel great value and great location. Rooms very clean and a great size, Bathrooms included a separate bath and shower in this hood size room. Reception very modern as well as free news papers, rental umbrellas if raining. The Bar and Restaurant could do with a little modernization less of a sterile area needs more life and fun out into it. Only a 4 min walk from Tower Hill Tube Station by far the best and closest to this hotel. Well recommended to all.

My stay was perfect and great value for money - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the spa facilities were great. I haven't found another hotel at this price range that I was happy with and I will always seek to book this hotel for future work trips. Would highly recommend.

Very kind and considerate, duty manager assisted in making sure I had a room to catch my last views of London before immigrating to Australia. Had stayed in the hotel previously, but for myself I had a peaceful sleep, use of the spa and space on the bar to finish off paperwork I needed to complete before leaving the UK. Enjoyed the food and drinks too. All the staff were really kind and I’m very grateful.

What a fabulous Hotel,close to the underground station. Staff were excellent & friendly. Our room was big & very spacious and spotlessly clean. We made use of the Leisure facilities which were excellent. Breakfast was so much choice and when items ran low were replenished very quickly. My wife & I couldn’t fault this hotel in anyway and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Perfect for a 1 week trip to London for Business. You can go to the gym and sauna, and have a hearty breakfast before work all within the Hotel. The bed was one of the best I have ever experienced, so don't worry about losing your prime hours. Every day, an assistant will clean and restock your room as well if you so wish, I like that you can have a choice! Overall, there is no reason not to come here. This Hotel has clearly been in the business or has the experienced employees to run well and keep everyone happy.

Amazing and comfortable Hotel close to subway stations and sights. We had a room on the top floor with the best views over the Tower and Tower bridge. Spa area really nice and good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Staff was very helpful and accomodating during our stay, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Exceptional”
Clean room, large comfy bed, good tea and coffee facilities. Terrible view, we faced a brick wall! Good spa and pool, everything working and hot. Fantastic breakfast but no decaf coffee and staff didn’t understand what decaffeinated meant so I had to get a decaf sachet from my room. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Great hotel with and amazing location and extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The room was larger than we expected and was decorated lovely! The only small issue we had was that the room smelt a little bit like smoke? Which is odd because the room was a none smoking one, but again it was a small issue and I understand that’s the fault of certain customers rather than yourselves. Room was very clean and tidy as well :)

I traveled as a single parent with a young child. The interior is lovely with several places to relax if you so wish to outside of your room. There’s an orangery which is a bit more secluded, another area just as you enter the hotel, all which has a cozy vibe. The pool is really lovely as well including a jacuzzi, but be aware there are designated time slots for under 16’s. However there’s a play area with air hockey, table tennis and basketball game which is set at the far end of the hotel so to not disturb anyone if it gets a bit loud. We loved it! We stayed in a standard double which was surprisingly huge and it had both a shower and a bath. The room was well equipped and comfy bed. Pillows were a tad on the hard side but that depends on your preferences. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of choices. If I would pick on anything it would be that it would have been great if there had been some plain normal toast available as most young children are a bit less likely to eat fancy bread. But again, this is the personal preference of my picky toddler. There was however fresh fruit and cereals so should be able to accommodate most people. The only negative points I would say was that when going for dinner at night the staff overlooked us while taking orders from other groups which were seated next to us 15min after we arrived. Having to wait 25min to just place the order when travelling with a toddler is less than ideal. But once we actually got the food it was tasty. The only other point preventing it from full score is that I happened to get a room where the neighbouring room had a loud party with music blasting through the walls. Though I appreciate it was not the hotel’s fault, it tainted the experience. All in all I would absolutely stay here again! Brilliant location with tube stations within walking distance. Aldgate East 5min walk away, Tower Hill approximately the same and you can walk down to the Tower Bridge in less than 10min (pretty much a stra

Could not be happier with our choice of hotel Very clean, great staff. Just next door to The Tower and Tower Bridge so great base for sightseeing around London. Ideally placed close to Tower Hill underground too. Will book there again next time

The pool, hot tub, and sauna/steam facilities were available with social distancing measures in place. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only down side was mini fridge in the room locked for covid precautions (dont completely understand the rationale with that). Asides from that this was my third stay and will definetwlt be back! Great value for money.

A well priced and well equipped hotel. Fantastic location given the part of London we were visiting (London east end/ river/ west end etc). Although price for breakfast might sound a lot - given the quality and range available very good for London and we opted to go for breakfast at the hotel on 2 of the three days we were staying. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
