Awesome stay!”
My husband and my 11 month old had a fabulous time at this resort. The massage I received at the spa was so relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. We really appreciated the small seating area, the great view from our balcony, a true King sized bed, and all the convenient amenities for a baby. I’ve never felt so taken care over by a hotel before. The room service was prompt, all the staff members were very kind and accommodating, and the facilities were amazing. The hotel is also within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and shops right in the heart of American Village. We highly recommend the hotel!

Beautiful”
My only issue is with the breakfast. It is totally prepared for the Asian population and there is absolutely nothing to choose from for the western world. I am from the USA and it would have been nice to have a choice or two of items geared to the western world. Another thing that would be nice is if there was at least one tv station in English. At least CNN OR BBC ETC. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Thank you.

This is a great hotel. The room was clean and elegant. The hotel is elegant as well. The Infiniti pool was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lastly, the staff is wonderful and very professional. My Japanese is not that great but we were still able to communicate. Highly recommend. BTW ¥2000 for one day pool access but I thought it was worth it. And if you’re not from here please cover your tattoos. I’m American so I didn’t know I had to cover it until I read google reviews on hotel and it was fine!

This was such a great choice for a first time Okinawa visit. I love delivery bit of my stay here. he staff are amazing, The facilities are clean and luxurious. Its close by to all the major areas in American village with special entrances in the back street. There is a pool area (extra cost) and a spa. There is a Lawson attached to the hotel with a special guest entrance way. Theres a bus shuttle (extra cost) that drops you at the door! A perfect hotel for return visits. Thank you so much

Great for Resort getaway”
Amazing location on the American Village resort. Definitely recommend for a relaxation vacation. It’s a little far from everything else around the island unless you plan on taxi or having a car to drive. But worth it for all the amenities and lovely location. Would go again!

Pool is worth it!”
We basically spent the entire day/night in the pool. Really great that they allow outside food/drinks at certain times. We got to enjoy a poolside dinner! The hot spring is also great, and late hours of operation really help when you have kids! One con is that the wifi signal is extremely weak! It's not like other hotels where each floor has a dedicated connection. We experienced a lot of connectivity issues when trying to connect three devices. Other than that drawback, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. Can't beat the location!

One of my favorite hotels on Okinawa. Clean, friendly, great amenities. The cafe on the 8th floor is amazing and try the seasonal Moon Affogato Dome dessert. The onsen is fantastic and make sure to bring some coins with you to get that cold milk. So close to all of the amazing places to eat and visit in American village. This is my 4th time staying here.

I enjoyed stay at the hotel; Room is clean, service is good, location is convenient It was bit hard to find car parking entrance, since it's a new hotel and does not show in rental car navigation, it may be good idea to put map code in the hotel or booking information for the guests

Best staycation option on the cheap”
Rooms are pretty small but felt brand new. Really cheap for what I feel is one of the best locations in AV. Tons of dining options nearby and has a lawsons on the first floor. Stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Rooftop pool entry was extra but worth it as a great place to beat the heat. Pool is open late as well so you can watch the sunset from the infinity pool.

I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Chatan! It’s in the center of American Village, there’s a Lawson on the 1st floor, the staff are friendly and attentive. The only down side is that the pool is not free to use. But over all we had a great experience.

The best room ever!!! Better than the hotels I've ever been too!!! I love the pool! The hammocks, the very spacious living room! A separate Kitchen! We have wines for free! And beers and drinks! The bath/spa in your own room!!! Just amazing!
