We arrived at 2 in the morning and had no trouble locating this hotel as it is just few steps away from the bus station. We booked the Superior Room, but was later upgraded to Suite Room as they have to do some AC cleaning. Very thankful for the great stay. Thumbs up for this accommodation and good customer service.

Pros: The room is clean with everything. Cautions: Parking spaces are limited. You can park the car in front of the hotel by parallel parking; otherwise, you must park the car in the lot of the pub near the hotel.

Business Hotel, toilet need to be renovated”
The room is quite small but well decorated. I booked the queen bed that may be too small for me, my wife and 2 year old son. The room is clean and pretty good but I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It may came from the sewer. It would be great if bathroom have some renovation. Anyway with the price and location, I will stay here again if I have to visit Chaiyaphum.

Pretty good clause and location but don't open the curtains as the walls are overtaken by pigeons and all that that involves ;-). Also the slightly molded curtain around the shower doesn't really do the job of keeping the bathroom floor dry. Beware of slippery bathroom floor.

Good for Chiyapum, but has some issues”
Nice staff and good room service and food. However, rooms are max. 2-3 stars. WIFI sucks , goes on and off, in general okay for checking your phone messages, but not for laptop use. We had small ants in our room and that was annoying, were cleaned up, but came back. For several reasons (also because change of plans) we decided to check out a couple days earlier and loose the money on the remaining days (as Agoda booking and they are not flexible...).

It’s understandable due to the age of the hotel that will have some scratch on the wall or some dirt but I never thought that there will be 2 cockroach in the restroom .

Room location is at the front of the hotel, so you can hear the voice from the main road. It's really noisy and couldn't sleep well. There was available room during my visit but the reception didn't recommend a good room to us. Feel disappointed.

Disappointed: Unhelpful staff, bad smell room, and different facilities from description”
Disappointed. I might have expected too much but here are my honest opinions; -I wanted to wrap a gift for my friend's parents, so I wanted to borrow scissors and cellophane tape, but the staff told me to go to 7-Eleven. -Bathroom smelled so bad. -Water pressure of the shower is very low. -When I booked the room, the facilities included a hair dryer, but I was told that a hair dryer was not included.

It was a short halt for a night, could be a little better!”
This place is located on Bua yai road near a circle with under construction clock tower. Location is good, a 7-11 just adjacent, surrounding is peaceful. Restaurant is good and tasty food was served, although only limited options in liquor section. Outside has many eating joints and people who want to taste the Thai countryside food, this place will not disappoint you. Staff seemed quite bored and tired, which a minus for one of the best hotels in Chaiyaphum. The guest room ally is less attractive and seem like a bunch of short time rooms, which can be made a lot elegant like the reception hall. Rooms were satisfactory and you can not ask for more at such price. At the rear, they have an Oasis pub. It opens at 0900 PM, which was a little late for me, it would be better if it could open at around 0700pm. All in all, not a bad option for a short or overnight stay!!!

Convenient to two bus stations”
This is not the finest mid-range hotel I have stayed at in Thailand, but it's more than adequate. The quality is less than I would get in some other Isaan cities for this price. It is right between the two major bus stations, about 5 minutes walk each. I arrived at one, and departed from the other. There are two night markets and a major fresh market less than 2km walk. The BKS bus station has a number of vendors that are open at night, so you don't have to walk 5 minutes past it to get to the lesser night market. The "Night Bazaar" has a better selection, not as good as Mukdahan's. The restaurant in the hotel surprised me with the quality of the pad Thai with fried egg on top that I had for breakfast, for 85B. There is a sidewalk restaurant near by with great local food, but closed on Sunday it seems. Internet was not as fast as some, but was reasonably reliable. Some reviews said staff not friendly or helpful; my experience was that they were friendly and helpful enough.

I selected this hotel because it is a block away from the Bus terminal. It seems as if few people stay here, only the second floor is available and the hallway is dirty, This may have been a great place years ago. There is a 7 11 near by and walking around chaiyaphum is easy. I would stay here again because I liked the room,: the bed, TV, bathroom were all good.
